With over 1,100 positive reviews and a 1-year warranty, it’s the trusted, simple solution for maintaining crystal-clear aquatic environments. ## Description The biOrb Cleaner Pump works like a siphon but has a hand pump to get the water flowing and is really easy to use. Simply hold the nozzle end of the Cleaner Pump in the biOrb aquarium and direct it towards the base. The other end has a blue hand pump which you hold over a bucket. Squeeze the hand pump quickly a few times and water will start to flow out of the biOrb into the bucket. Move the nozzle around the ceramic media to take out waste and debris with the water. Review: Great little thingy! - This pump is perfect for the job of cleaning my 3-gallon tank (which I keep in my college dorm room). I didn't want an electric gravel cleaner, as they are much pricier than this and not really intended for small tanks, but I wasn't faring very well without some sort of pump to get the gunk off the bottom. This is the perfect solution. It's cheap and it works. I just set up a bucket under my desk and let the water drain into that. It takes a couple squeezes, and once you get it going you have to work fast--but it won't ever empty your tank; it leaves behind about a gallon if you let it go till it's done. Always remove small fish first, and careful with the gravel. This sucks up anything it touches. I don't like the gravel attachment though; it's just too big, gets clogged up and prevents me from getting into small areas. It's really a very simple product. I love the simplicity. Review: Easy to use, controlled by hand pump - This is a perfect gravel vacuum if you don’t have rooted plants or small fry swimming around. After buying this, I found it for much cheaper on other websites. With that said, I treated for guppies for internal parasites and after two weeks I needed to clean the gravel. Very easy to use! You don’t have to suck on one end or submerge and tilt it at an angle- all you do is use your hand to pump the water out and downwards into a bucket. Gravel often gets stuck so you need to pull it out if the water for the gravel to drop down. Does its job! ## Features - Easily remove water from your biOrb and vacuum waste away from the base - For use with all biOrb aquariums - Move the nozzle around the ceramic media to take out waste and debris with the water - The simple and easy way to change the water in your biOrb or biUbe - The cleaner pump can also be used to pump water back into the aquarium, eliminating the need to struggle with heavy buckets of water ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B000KHZ0X0 | | Best Sellers Rank | #89,513 in Pet Supplies ( See Top 100 in Pet Supplies ) #315 in Aquarium Air Pump Accessories | | Brand | biOrb | | Brand Name | biOrb | | Color | Clear | | Customer Reviews | 4.4 out of 5 stars 1,116 Reviews | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00822728000250 | | Included Components | Biorb Cleaner Pump Aquarium Maintenance | | Item Type Name | biOrb Cleaner Pump | | Item Weight | 0.15 kg | | Manufacturer | biOrb | | Manufacturer Part Number | 46025 | | Manufacturer Warranty Description | 1 Year on all parts | | Material | Ceramic | | Material Type | Ceramic | | Model Number | 46025 | | Number of Items | 1 | | Number of Packs | 1 | | Power Source | Manual | | Product Style | orignal packing | | Specific Uses For Product | Cleaner Pump | | Style | orignal packing | | UPC | 822728000250 | | Unit Count | 1 Count | ## Product Details - **Brand:** biOrb - **Color:** Clear - **Global Trade Identification Number:** 00822728000250 - **Item Weight:** 0.15 kg - **Manufacturer:** biOrb - **Material:** Ceramic - **Number of Items:** 1 - **Number of Packs:** 1 - **Power Source:** Manual - **Style:** orignal packing ## Images ![Cleaner Pump - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51-GqGJ4W-L.jpg) ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great little thingy! *by K***E on August 4, 2013* This pump is perfect for the job of cleaning my 3-gallon tank (which I keep in my college dorm room).
