Great idea!
I needed an imprint of my furballs paw so I could get it drawn up and tattooed. Itâs a little awkward with a car. Since a cat will do whatever they want to do, especially when youâre trying to get them to step on something they havenât sniffed or cheekrubbed yet. But, itâs still really easy to use. Took about 2 mins (including time to chase her down, cat owners will understand) the paw print came out quite clear. The first one was smudged and was unusable, so the 2nd one she was less nervous that she was going to get eaten by this tiny piece of paper. Well worth it. đ

Beautiful colour, nice and clean paw imprint
I bought the blue version because I didnât want the average black ink imprint that was so commonplace. My dogsâ names are Ocean and Blue, so I decided to buy blue ink to record their paw imprints. I went with the extra large version, which was perfect for two large (60-70lbs) dogs with some space to spare. The imprint came out wonderfully, but it does require a very steady, clean hand.My only complaint is that one of the ink pads I received had a large ink smudge (like someone had pressed into the plastic side already by mistake). It did affect my imprint since the missing ink made that portion of the imprint lighter, but I did not think it was as much of a big deal since I was going for the faded look anyway. I thought it was important to note anyway since that was my only con.I bought extras of this to gift as baby shower presents too!

Gotta be precise
Used this for my smaller pitbulls paw print. The 1st photo was the 1st try and the 2nd photo is the 2nd try on the 2nd pad. There wasn't much ink left after the 1st try on the 1st pad so had use the 2nd pad for a 2nd try and it came out a little better and there was just enough ink left to do my sisters dogs paw towards the bottom but I didn't have a photo of it. You gotta be precise on putting the paw right in middle if you want to add stuff around it like a name, bday, etc. Where you the blank cards on the back you can see how much cardboard is around the ink and so when you push on opposite side is makes it warp down like saran wrap on a bowl. Best way I know how to describe it. If there wasn't so much cardboard on the ink side I think it would of been better. And if there was enough ink for 2 prints per pad that would be better too.

No Mess!
We used these to capture our baby's footprint for his baby book, instead of using the enclosed paper/cardstock. These were so easy to use and didn't cause a mess! The print did seem to smudge a bit even when the page was left open for a few days to dry. Not sure if it's because we used a paper that wasn't included or if it would smudge when used on any type of paper. Smudging wasn't took bad, but wanted to point that out.

An OK product if you arenât looking for much detail.
When I got my ink pads, the one had already stuck to plastic box it comes in, so part of the ink was already used. I expected to have a clear paw print, like the phone shows. But mine turned out like blobs. I even shaved my dogs hair between his paw pads. I guess you could say it was easy to use, Iâm just a little disappointed in the details on the ink.

such a great idea! and a GREAT idea for anyone w/ pets too!
I used these for my dog's paw prints. My man is deployed and wanted to do something cute and unique involving the dogs other than just sending pictures. I did not understand how this worked without ink touching the paws (or in the case of humans, the skin). Its a little card that has ink on one side and a type of film on the other. the ink side goes ON the paper itself and then the hand or paw or foot, etc gets pressed over the film part which presses the shape on the ink to the paper. never touching the ink itself. so this is safe and clean and that is very important. a child who is able to follow a simple instruction or sitting still would have worked better but b/c it was hard to get my dogs to sit still and then step on the little square, I ordered 2 packs. I think each one came w/ four. of the two packs, I was able to get 2 usable prints to send to my man. Again, this had to do 100% w/the fact that once my dogs stepped on it, they would slide when getting off and then smear/smudge the print. so it took a few for each dog to get a print that looked good. the product was great. The reasonable price is also a good thing b/c if one is using with a dog that is energetic and doesn't like their paws touched or manipulated, I suggest also buying two packs. If you don't use both, give one as a gift! for those w/ pets we often think treats or toys but this makes a GREAT, low cost gift for anyone w/pets.

Doesnât work
I tried both of the stamp pads in the kit and they did not turn out. Waste of money. They are one time use so you have to get it right in the first try and even then itâs probably not going to come out like you hoped. They do not make a print like in the advertised photos. They have a grey background due to the ink getting smashed on the paper by a hand or paw. Iâd rather deal with a non toxic ink pad and wash it off. Luckily I tried this before my dogs euthanasia so now I can go buy something better.

Pet friendly
I was a little apprehensive with some of the negative reviews but this worked great for our dogs. First try, no issues. And now I have forever parts of them as they are getting older â¤ď¸

Great for making your own keepsake.
Bought this for my first baby. I think this was the second time I bought the same product. If you want to make your keepsake with your newborn, this is great. You can also use it on your pets. good and easy to use. You can use the paper they give you to frame it if you want.

Almost perfect!
I have purchased many of these pads to do hand and foot prints for my infant children. These are the best out there for sure! Each package comes with two ink pads, and 4 thick paper cards to imprint on. They even supply 4 clips (hearts and stars) to place on the corners to ensure the paper and pad stay in place together! I love that, if used correctly, the childâs hands and feet remain ink free - which is a big time and mess saver. They offer varying sizes of the product as well which works great for older kiddos!Honestly my only issue, which I imagine is not a fixable issue, is that there really is only enough ink in each pad for one good solid print. You can definitely do multiple prints per pad, but you will get lighter spots where the ink has already been used. I have definitely made footprints with clearly defined sections missing in the form of fingers! That being said, with 2 pads, and if you press lighter, they should work perfectly. If only they could make a way to keep my babies hands stay open!

3-4 star product, simple but difficult to use and get a nice end product.
this product works but with a pet or even a child it is hard to get a steady imprint and any movement will make the edges of the print fuzzy with ink. I like the idea and I'm not sure there is even a better product out there for this thing but unfortunately it still is only a 3 to 4 star product depending on how able you are to get that steady print. Very simple and easy to use once you understand how they work and it is nice that nobody actually has to touch the ink.

Good product
This is a very good product, also good price for the fact that you get two sets. Got it to get an ink print of my fur babyâs paw to have as a tattoo idea. Unfortunately we didnât get a full paw, only partial and these can only be used once. Easiest way to get a full print would be to have the dog fully standing and then placing their paw down. Thankfully these werenât too expensive so despite not being able to get a print , I had to throw everything out. Thankfully I had ordered a picture frame that came with clay, so I got the print that way. BUT these did work great, it was definitely user error on my part.

Memory paw prints
Used on my dachshunds & cat to get their imprints to give the neighbor. Bit hard when theyâre wiggly, but worked good enough! I love how the ink doesnât go on the paws, however just a single utilisation per ink package.
