My S/O is a short lil' thang, so getting in and out of my non-lifted JKU has always required some effort on her part. She's gotten by using the dash handle, but I thought I'd try to make her life a little easier. Bought these guys and bolted them in. Not particularly difficult, but I did run into a bit of an issue trying to figure out how to install them, as the instructions that came with them were anemic. After I figured out how they were supposed to be oriented, I lost my socket (they don't tell you what size - I'm *pretty* sure it was 10mm) down my driver's side A-frame pillar, so I had to figure out how to take that apart to get the socket back out. 30 minutes and a YouTube video later, I had it all back together and ready to go. I love them: they are solid and look boss af. She still uses the dash handle, so I guess they were more for me than her. So it goes lol..

On my 2009 JKU Sahara. Great build quality, front grabs do not minimize sun visor function at all, no interference at all. Very sturdy, much better than straps on roll bar that get in the way when you enter or exit front seats and are not load bearing, but are simply a comfort arm hanger. The rear bars provides excellent ease of entrance and exit for rear passengers. I was not going to get the rear bars worried about head clearance, but glad I did. Head clearance not really an Issue. My 15 year old is 6'1" I'm 5'10" with sneakers and no issues so far with head clearance. I live in the Pacific Northwest, so consistently too hot or too cold handles are not that big of a deal.NOTE: As you have read on others, be careful when removing the horizontal bolt for the front grab handles. "I used a piece of folded paper rigid enough that I could hold with one hand to slide in fully under the horizontal bolt I was removing to catch it once it unthreaded completely, so it does not fall into the pillar cover."

Good quality.. not packaged very well but luckily nothing was messed up inside. Had it installed in 20 minutes.. would buy again.

Easy to install. On front, bottom bolts first and loose. Then top bolts keeping in mind shaft angle is at the bottom. Yes the shaft is not squared off on both ends. Then back & forth between the 2 bolts tightening. Back ones so easy no explanation.

These are so much better than the factory cloth handles. Not only are they more sturdy, but it is very surprising at how much they seem to make your windows look bigger since there isn’t a dangling handle in the way. Highly recommend. One of my favorite additions to the Jeep. A must have for any JK owner.

The finger grooves are spaced really far apart, so unless you have big hands, they won't be very comfortable.They look good, installed very easily, and feel like they can support a lot of weight.

Not expensive works great looks good

I am Finally able to get in and out of my JKU with some comfort. The positioning of these aluminum grab handles makes getting in and out of my jeep much more comfortable than the stock cloth jeep handles. I'm glad I decided to upgrade. They appear to be of a good quality, mounting is very secure. Theres absolutely no movement to them once tightened down. I'm looking forward to trying them out on the trails this summer. All in all I'd say a very good buy!
