this is actually a really legit standing desk mat, i've tried a few basic ones which still hurt my feet after a while but the different topography? of this mat allows you to move your feet around, change pressure points, stretch your feet and calves and massage the middle of your feet. i don't often write reviews but had to add mine here, can't imagine a better desk mat tbh

I have been standing at my desk full time but have had some slight aches and pains and was considering switching to "part time" standing.Instead of buying a chair, I decided to take the plunge and buy this mat as a "last chance". I am sure glad I did.(Amazon returns are great! And the company directly offers refunds also)I was very hesitant to buy this at first due to the price, but it worth every penny.The materials are fantastic. I like how it is a higher density foam than other flat mats.The prior mat, Vivo, was already starting to break down and got too soft just after 2 weeks. (I will be returning it)I like being able to put my body in different positions depending on the section I am standing.It provides much more variety than flat mats. (Calf stretches are my favorite, they feel so good!)The center teardrop also serves as a nice foot massager. I found I was naturally clawing at it.I never knew standing could be "fun".If you are having doubts, just do it. Give it a try, I wish I didn't waste my time on inferior mats.

I found this mat when I was looking for anti fatigue standing mats. I appreciate the science behind the topography, and I do find that while using it to stand at my desk that I am moving my feet around. When standing still for a long time in one place, I have a tendency to lock out my knees and this guards against that.It is a thick mat, and comfortable to stand on. I'm using it on carpet so it does not slide as easily when switching between sitting and standing. It's also slightly too wide at its widest point for my desk, which has a 28" opening - be sure to measure.

It is huge. I'm 5'8", so I got this size versus the mini, and it is really big. However, it really does work in helping me to stand longer. I was standing anywhere from 20 min - 1 hour. The first day I used it, I stood for over 6. It's really comfortable, and I find myself moving into different positions all over the mat. It is definitely working well.

Fantastic ergonomic mat. Feels great on the feet. I stand barefoot in my office and this helps support my feet for long standing sessions.

I stand all day at my desk, which has been great for my back, but hard on my feet. The softness and contoured surface of this mat has really helped. I highly recommend it.

Love this mat! I really like the raised edge on the back; I use it to stretch my calves throughout the day. I used a different mat my job had on hand for the first couple of days with my standing desk and I did notice an improvement in leg fatigue after switching to this one. Don’t forget to check the company’s website for promo pricing, I didn’t do that until after I ordered and could’ve saved a bit buying direct from them. Nice to support a small company though, and I’m really happy with my purchase.
