Great part-replacement, Fast shipping, Easy install
While replacing a fuel pump in a customers ATV, I accidentally broke the original, composite throttle lever. -Replacing the throttle block assembly with a new OEM part, would set me back almost $250; found this aluminum replacement instead.The build quality is exceptional, the fit is as if it were direct from Polaris, and I feel much more confident than with OEM parts.-Customer was so impressed with the new-improvement, he gladly payed me for the difference, and didn't make me cough up some of my profit for my mistake.-Would highly recommend, if you have a throttle cable style throttle-block with a busted-cheeto throttle lever.

Just a little long but feels comfortable and works great
I wish it would be a Phillips screw that comes with instead of an Allen head, works just fine, little long, I used a washer as a spacer and the o ring seal from the factory to tighten it up, nice and smooth for the throttle, comfortable on the thumb, I would buy again

Do not tighten too much
If you tighten this too much it will not let the position sensor close contact. Your ATV will act as if it has a misfire. Recommend a little bit of blue Loctite on the screw and once again do not tighten fully. Otherwise it works good but there should have been directions that state what I've just written

Replacement Great Fit
It is more durable than the plastic throttle that broke on my 24 sportsman 570. Feels good to be driving but in the cold months of winter be sure to use gloves (obvious but a note for the not so fortunate minded ones).

Fits 2015 Polaris Sportsman 570 SP
We have a 2015 Polaris Sportsman 570 SP and after breaking the original throttle control, we ordered this as a replacement. This product was easy to install (less than three minutes) and seems to be better built than the original. It works perfectly for our ATV.

Far Better than the Polaris stock throttle
Both Polaris ATVs had issues with thumb throttle snapping off. This is well built and a little longer than the stock which is really nice, no extender needed

Worked as advertised does make thumb cold when riding in winter.
