Value priced, meets or exceeds description, works as advertised and is a value.
I purchase several things on Amazon and was giving pretty in-depth reviews. From this point on, here's the new agenda…. if it works as advertised, is well made, meets or exceeds the description, is a value, and arrives in a fair amount of time, it will get a "star rating" equal to what my expectations were/are. If it doesn't meet these criteria, then I will most definitely and descriptively tell the short comings of the products and you as a consumer will not have to go through the trouble of buying the product without some background knowledge. If the sell pulls that item and relists under another description, I will put the exact same review on the seller's feedback page. Sellers have done this a couple of times in the past, and I was true to my word then as well as now. DR

A nice file.
It was just the right size. It cut really well. It was really hard. Hard can be brittle. I found out when it fell to a concrete. The pieces work really well but a bit inconvenient.:-) I may reorder another.

The smallest dimension in the listing isn't correct for the file I received.
The listing shows a measurement, across the file's cutting surface, of 3mm or 0.118". The file I received is 0.142" across the flat, so even wider across the cutting surfaces. For me this made the file un-useable for my project. Otherwise it looks fine but I didn't test it.

I use this for cleaning up 3d prints. Probably not great for metal.

It Works
I really have been enjoying this product. It is smaller than then the previous electric toothbrush I have been using. I have found out that smaller is better. The battery life is outsytanding. It does a great job in cleaning my teeth.

Best tool for the job
The edges kept steel burrs from getting into my skin. This allows for smoother working surfaces. It's not big and bulky either.

It works but it is smaller than your average file
It's a file. Flat on one side, rounded on the other. Does what you need it to do. It is very small so keep that in mind. It works perfect for what I needed but if someone is thinking it's a full-sized one, you'll probably be disappointed when you get it. If you only need a small one to fit into a small place and this one is perfect.
