When the box arrived, I was a little worried about the number and thickness of the pieces. It looked like it was going to clumsy and awkward to assemble. I tried to short cut by connecting the panels before moving outside to complete. When I got outside and started setting up the layers, I realized that their was a method to the madness. It fully assembled in less than a half an hour. It seems sturdy and is easy to move without having pieces falling off in the process. The work that was done inside took much longer than I saved outside. Just do it all at once on location. It comes with a tarp for a lid which makes for easy filling but was not included on the assembly instruction as to how to keep it in place. I may need to get some bungy cords to hold it down since the wind has already blown it off.

This things great. I was skeptical when I opened the tiny box and just saw two stacks of panels. I though there’s no way this things very big. Well I was wrong. It’s huge after you put it together. I didn’t blow around in all the wind we just had from a tornado a mile away, we got huge gusts of wind and it stayed put. It’s really easy to put together, a little heavy and awkward to move around after put together and hard to undo so put it together where you want it to stay.

Went up fast and easy just a lil small. Does a nice job at keeping compost inside and I feel like the tarp could be a tad bigger but as long as u keep something on top of it then it's fine lol.

I was hoping I could make it taller and narrower to take up less space, but the shape of the clips that hold it together prevents that. I have only had it set up for a few months, so I cannot speak about the compost it produces.

Wanted a large capacity bin with easy access from top and bottom. This one works perfectly for my needs. Easily secured it in place with three pieces of 6’ x 3/8” rebar driven through corner holes into the ground to keep it firmly anchored.. I use a long-handled twist tiller to easily turn and mix contents from the top, and a long-handled, multi-pronged cultivator to extract compost from the bottom through one of its three slide-up doors.

While there is a tarp in the picture it was not clear that the tarp was the lid! Racoons will have a field day and unless it is kept under cover rain will pool on the tarp.

very easy to put together, took me 1 hr to put together the 190 one. alot bigger then i thought. only part i needed another person help for was to move out to my back yard being im a 5ft women. but very satisfied w/ it.
