They are stainless steel
Great price on these screws. I live on a private road and I have problems with people stealing signs on the road. Unless they have the torque safety bit, they cannot remove the screws. So far so good.

Poor quality, do not recommend
I have worked with this type of tamper resistant fastener for years. I have never, ever seen anything of such poor quality.Tamper resistant fasteners are supposed to have a raised circular tip in the center of the Torx head to prevent a regular Torx bit from fitting into the fastener. These screws have s small dimple that is not long enough to prevent a regular Torx bit from opening the screw. It takes no effort at all to remove these screws with a regular bit. Photo attached.In other words, these things are junk. DO NOT BUY!

Cheap Container
Have not used the screws yet so I can't say how good or bad they are, but I have ordered these twice (original order and replacement) and both containers were broken. In fact, the second order was worse than the first one! The plastic is very thin and cheap/brittle. I gave up and now have to go buy a container for these screws to be stored in which is ultimately more costly!!

Unbelievable!
So here are the pictures.1. Picture is just opened the package.2. Picture opened the case there in.3. Picture I organized them.4. Picture finial count missing count is written on the paper. It show what is to be there, then my count. I think I passed grade 3, I'm not sure?! Grrrrrrrrr!5. Found this tiny guy in the mix as well.I did get the screwdriver bit.Personally thought I paid for 211 screws but only received 136 of them.The screws seem to be OK, there where a few that were a bit off center. But what ever. I'm more miffed about not getting the number I was expecting.On the return list I guess. Going to buy local. Probably better off.
