It’s a great cycle.

the product was delivered before the estimated delivery date. I'm very pleased about that. I loved the delivery. the product is also very good, it was very easy to assemble with the step to step guided manual book, and videos are also on geekay YouTube channel. the cycle runs also very smooth, I love the controlling and how silently it rules the road, I'm very satisfied with the product but right side paddle was defected on one side, over-all experience is very good I'll give it 8.9 out of 10.

I have to say that this has been a very valuable purchase. The cycle is very comfortable to ride and easy to manuever.to be honest i felt some cons too but the positive side out do the negatives Ive seen people complaining about the disc break quality but i have not found such a problem. The seat is also very comfortable comparing to those wich is available in higher models. The handle bar is very wide providing a better grip and stability on the road. The paint job is actually at top notch and body quality is also goood

First i ordered the cycle, it came way earlier than expected and i was happy. Then started to assemble it and that's where the frustration begins. Their so called "almost assembled" bicycle barely had anything assembled, had to assemble almost everything by myself except the chain and the back wheel and the fork. Even after assembling the breaks were horribly tumed and the handle came in bent. Put it up for return and it took 5 days for them to pick it up, frustrating, but no big deal.. i originally ordered a replacement but upon contacting their customer service they said they are refunding it instead and didn't elaborate. I didn't care at this point because of the awful customer support that takes days to reply, i thought might as well get a better bike for 1-2k rs more.. even the return got so delayed, took 10 days for return instead of the 3 days it said. Now I'm waiting for the refund which is yet to come. Still no response from customer care. If they send a replacement i will lose it for real. Even the seat quality was so horrible.

After the one week I wrote this review about this cycle. This cycle is truly value for money but i got this bicycle with this kind of some scretches but it's absolutely fine for me because seller is totally supportive for this kind of complaints. I complained against this kind of scretches and I got 1000 ruppes refund from seller with addition 120 tex deduction so my total discount is 1120. And this is truly an outstanding cycle for regular uses. And one more thing in this cycle there is a disc break but i am totally disappointed with this dual disc break performance I went to many cycle service providers for my better performance of disc break but they all absolutely failed to do this. Breaks are not working properly but this is still very effective and high class cycle for regular users. So just go and buy it.

I received product which had multiple damages. Faults are as follows 1. Front wheel disk was bent. 2. Front brakes were too damaged due to unnecessary friction with disk.( I had to replace it) 3. Due to front wheel attachment to main frame, color of body frame damaged too. 4. I received front wheel bearing balls open(many were missing to, I had to purchase it.) 5. One pair of Bolts and nuts to fit side stand was missing too. 6. Brakes are not that effective. Even mechanic could not fix it. Pros. 1. Bike is light weight . 2. Marvelous design make you proud. 3. Though body frame build quality is good. 4. And finally its price is too cheap. I went to many showrooms to enquire the price but at this price such a beautiful bike was not possible. I did not replace this cycle only because there was no guarantee that new one which come will be in a good condition. And I loved its design, this is the only reason I am keeping this bike. Cutting 2 stars for damages ( may be due to carelessness of courier service) and and extra cost occurred to me.

I used this Cycle for a day and this is Value for money ... Lightweigth and good to use within the City ... Infant or has 1 sticker which says CITYJOY. Assembly was done through a local Cycle shop and arranging for the front tyre was a little difficult task. Both front & Back have Disc Brakes ... Shared some pictures here ... Pros - 1-Light weight and good Disc breaking 2- Good to ride within the city and on the range of 10 to 15 km 3 - Looks good and is a sure head turner Cons - 1 - Need to ride more and will update after 3 to 4 weeks
