I am so happy I took a chance on this refurbished 2019 iMac from Amazon! I needed a new desktop and had been wanting to switch to Mac for years, but the price tag always held me back. When I found this refurbished model at such a great price, I decided to go for it, and I’m so glad I did.Setup couldn’t have been simpler. I pulled the computer out of the box, plugged it in, connected to Wi-Fi, and I was ready to go. Everything worked perfectly right from the start, which made the transition to Mac even easier.Some reviews mentioned receiving a generic mouse and keyboard, but mine came with an original Apple Magic Mouse and Magic Keyboard, which made this deal even better. I’ve been using the iMac for six months now and have absolutely no complaints. It runs smoothly, looks great, and has been an excellent investment.If you’re on the fence about ordering a refurbished Mac from Amazon, I say go for it! It’s been a fantastic purchase for me.

**5 MONTH UPDATE**This is by far the best purchase I've made. I will continue to buy products like this refurbished. My Mac has worked flawlessly and I haven't had any issues with new updates. I see its gone up in price by $500+ which is a shock. Glad I got it when I did for $699. Overall, even with the more expensive tag, id say its worth it. Minus the mouse & keyboard, my Mac seemed to be brand new.**ORIGINAL REVIEW FROM JULY 2022**I was very skeptical of buying this product. For my tech stuff I usually like to buy brand new. But I really needed a new computer for my work and didn't want to spend almost 2k on a new one. My husband took over my MacBook and I thought this was a perfect time to purchase an iMac. This is a big purchase, with only a 90 day guarantee. so I hope my in depth review helps. This is from having it for a little over a week, I will update when I've had it for a few months :)-PACKAGING:My iMac came in a regular cardboard box. HUGE BOX. No apple box :/ it was packaged very well. The bubble wrap they had stuffed in there was so puffy, the computer was completely protected.-COSMETIC LOOK OF IMAC:This iMac looks brand new. Not a scratch or dent on it!! Very pleased with how well it was kept. Amazing!-KEYBOARD & MOUSE:They provide the most generic keyboard and mouse. Its a keyboard & mouse for a 90's computer. At least that's what it looks like. The one pictured isn't what it came with, I ordered that one separately. I know they say in the description that they may provide off brand accessories, but id hope it was at least from this decade. Looks like they take the real original ones and resell them.... bummer.-FUNCTIONALITY & TECH SUPPORT:At first I didn't notice any issues until it came down to updating the software. It came with the Catalina Software and when I went to update to Monterey, the iMac wouldn't let me. It was stuck on the "Checking for updates" pop up. I contacted seller for tech support like the card said to and they pretty much said to contact apple since it was an update issue. So if there is any "Tech" issue I shouldn't contact "tech support" I should just contact apple? mmm okay. They gave me apples number and I called and they were very helpful. They had me put the iMac in recovery mode and from there I was able to update it. Took about an hour or so all together but its worked flawlessly since. If you have the same issue just shut down your computer. When its off press & hold down "Option" "Command" "R". & with the other hand, turn on your Mac. DONT LET THE BUTTONS GO until the screen pops up. you should see a globe, bar, and minutes on the black screen and it will take about 30ish minutes. After that you should be able to pick update to Monterey and voila!Hope that helped anyone as skeptical as I was. I did a lot of research before I purchased and trusted this seller and the amazon 90 day guarantee. I would definitely recommend this if you are looking to purchase a Mac.

Was exactly what I ordered. Fast delivery. Computer is nearly flawless. Works as intended and have had no issues upgrading or installing software. I use it as an external screen for my Pro as well as a data server with external harddrives. Great screen. Would buy again.

I'm a Mac user since it was only known as Apple. Most recently, I have only been purchasing iMacs. They are compact and easy to use. This iMac is working perfectly with only one exception. I can't seem to keep a screen saver working. The screensaver works for a few minutes then the computer goes black. Other than that, it's very fast and works like new. I would most certainly recommend.

Ordered this 27" iMac in "acceptable" condirom and received not only the iMac, which was ready to go out of the box with the latest Mac OS, but it doesn't even look like it was ever breathed on let alone touched. I expected to receive something with scratches on the screen and case, but the iMac arrived in pristine condition, and with a keyboard and mouse. Totally unexpected.And the packing.....It was packed in an oversized box with 8" of foam padding around it, wrapped in cellphone and large bubble bubble wrap. This company REALLY knows how to pack!I am still stunned by how great this experience was.SIMPLY AMAZING

THIS HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE TRYING TO GET THIS COMPUTER TO FUNCTION CORRECTLY!!!!! I have called Macs Depot numerous times and it always goes to voice mail. No mater if you call and select Technical Support , Sales or Followup, it all goes to a voice mail that is always full; maybe a sign of too many complaints. This is a terrible way to run a business. I finally reached out to Apple and the whole hard-drive had to be wiped and restored. I had to buy a backup drive and use time machine to back up the computer. Mac Depot also created two Hard drive disks that was competing against each other. I also kept getting a weird annunciation that a disk is unreadable. The computer was slow, applications crashing and numerous other issues! This computer was more troublesome than my old computer. Until now I had purchased numerous items from AMAZON with great success but this was a nightmare!!!!
