There is a lot of good to say. First and foremost, PopTart is alive.I got this a while back to bring my dog on rides. He loves it. The box is roomy, and had two ways to open it so you can put the dog in, as well as a breathable topper, a see-out globe, and a rainproof cover.The straps that came with were kinda meh, but I bought some cheap ratcheting straps to attach it with. Sturdy, and stable.Inside is a four point harness with D rings that I use to secure the dog.Right now I'm in the ER. I got TBoned and run over my some psycho - and yeah, PopTart was in the box.And guess what? He was fine! He's at home now chilling and waiting for me to come home. 10/10 will be buying a replacement.ASAPHEY ALL: UPDATE when Kemimoto heard my story they sent me a replacement! I set it up today PopTart was so excited he didn't even wait for it to be on the bike to hop in. I've added a pic of him getting ready for his first post crash ride. (: He loves to poke his head out and look around.

With the plan to strap it to a bike I would have liked better straps.The bag is top tier with the exception of the screws in the lid not being stainless.Beware leaning against it as you will bend the bar.My main use so far is taking the dog to dutchbros.

The pet carrier is well-made and sturdy but on the small side for my 35-lb corgi. It would be perfect if it was 2-3” taller and a bit narrower front to back so it fit on the passenger seat between my backrest and sissy bar. Being larger, it has to go on my luggage rack and that puts the dog (and the combined 40+ lbs) a bit further rearward than I’d like on my touring HD. That said, the round head hole is perfect and keeps my dog snug and securely inside the case. She seems to enjoy the ride in her snug cocoon.

Great little bag, holds the dog securely and has plenty of room. Not sure if it came with one, I don't think so, but wouldn't be bad to have a little rubber grommet around the hole so it doesn't hurt his neck. I'll probably end up putting some kind of window grommet thing in there. Otherwise quite satisfied.😊

Black gets very hot quickly. No external straps have too secure with jump cords and straps to loops on bag!

I purchased this for my 27 pound Klee Kai. The ad shows that it is rated up to 33lbs. So I was well within their spec. Installation was easy, and the carrier itself seemed well constructed.On my third time out with the dog in the carrier, it FELL OFF THE BIKE ON THE FREEWAY!!! The strap connection broke and the entire carrier fell off the bike at highway speed. My wife and I were paralyzed for a second on what just happened. I pulled over and ran as fast as I could to get my dog off the road, and hope that he wasn't hit already. I got to him and he was bleeding and had to go to the hospital. He will heal, but the emotional damage to all of us is unbelievable. Do not trust this product.

I love this bag!!! I actually have 2 one for each of my miniature pinchers, it’s large enough for them to be able to move around and lay down. This bag has plenty of pockets for all my pups needs. I take my pups on long trips with me and these bags have made it possible! Lots of tie down options and very sturdy.
