Amazon’s algorithm failed.
It directed the seller to send it to the wrong address, despite my efforts to change the default setting it set contrary to my instructions. At my cost, I had to pick it up at the address Amazon sent it to.Bezos should focus on his business and stop chasing after younger women, corrupting the Washington Post, and sucking up to the President.The product is excellent. Nice design and durable.

Loved it, Great product. Will buy again
Excellent quality! Assembly was straightforward — I had it fully set up in just 20 minutes. The rack feels extremely sturdy with no wobbling or shifting. I’m so impressed I’m planning to buy another one!

A good medium duty shelving unit which is low maintenance and affordable.
The assembly instructions are a bit vague but overall the assembly is pretty straightforward. The shelving unit is quite sturdy for a unit that has no hardware securing the parts to each other. Keep in mind that this is not designed to hold large bulky items. The wall brackets will be useful if you approach maximum weight stats and the leveling legs are a nice feature.

Relatively easy to put together but can be tricky.
This is a sturdy shelf and for the price, the quality is superb. It isn't as easy to put together as it looks, but it's still relatively easy. It took me about 15 minutes to separate all those little parts. Some of them were stubborn and didn't want to come off. I had to hammer in the shelves on the legs (I didn't have a rubber mallet). It's somehow a little wonky, and the top shelf was an absolute pain to get on. One side would go up when the other went down. That being said, again, for the price, you can't go wrong. It's carrying heavy bins and doing fine. IT's not the cheap, flimsy plastic you see in many other shelves. This is pretty sturdy. I wish they had put the parts in a bag instead of attached to a plastic matrix.

Shelves are sturdy and we’re easy to assemble. Company is good to work with. One shelf was damaged through careless handling by FedEx. Company offered replacement without problem.

Great Shelf Unit but Much Cheaper at Sam's
Great storage unit. Sturdy and stable. Only complaint was finding the same unit at Sam's for $70 after spending $240 for 2 units on Amazon.
