This running waist pack turns out to be the perfect travel belt
I absolutely love this running belt. The reasons why I love it will be explained in just a moment. Although I have no doubt in my mind that this waist pack will do everything the seller claims for the person who likes to run or exercise: sweat-proof, bounce-free, stays in place, non-chaffing, secures your cell phone, blah, blah; the bottom line is: I’m just not a runner. I got the Running Belt Max because I was intrigued by the design of it and I could find no other pocketed waist belt in the entire Amazon universe that appeared as well-designed as this one. Yes, it’s great that it is water resistant because you never know when you’ll be stranded in the rain, or if and when you’ll be walking on the sidewalk and a car zooms over a water puddle and the aftermath douses you. You have to be prepared when you live in Seattle. What I really like about this running belt is that it is an excellent belt for travel. I can COMFORTABLY carry my passport, plane ticket printout, hotel key, two credit cards, an ATM card, driver’s license, money, earphones and of course my iPhone. There’s an interior organizer that keeps everything in its place. I can also carry my vitamins and pills with no problem. The design of the running belt max is very low profile, so I can hide it under my shirt or jacket. Fanny packs and other waist belts are just too bulky and are difficult to conceal – likely making people a potential target for theft. I’m not a police detective so don’t quote me on this, but I do watch a lot of Law and Order! The feel of the lycra material is nice. It feels like neoprene, but smoother. The zippers work well and are fine-toothed like the ad says. They probably used the fine-toothed zippers to make it more waterproof/water-resistant. Smart. There is a key holder inside the pocket on the left side. What I have done is I made a spare house and car key and I keep them on this hook at all times. Now I have essential spare keys so if I ever lose my main set of keys, I have a car and house key with me for emergencies. This may seem strange, but one of the best things about this running belt is the sunglass and eyeglass loops. They are very handy. I’m always dropping or losing my glasses and the loops do an excellent job in storing them when I’m not wearing my spectacles. So, here are the pros and cons of the Running Belt Max, in my view:Pros- Low profile but large enough to carry my essentials like my iPhone 6 Plus, money, passport, earphones, candy bars and other snacks.- Very water-resistant as I have tested this myself.- Great way to carry glasses when not in use.- The smaller side pockets are large enough for carrying coins, keys, meds, and Chapstick, for example.- Easy to adjust and it stays put even with my heavy iPhone 6 Plus inside of it.- Comfortable. I thought the buckle in the rear would bother me, but I can’t feel it. In fact, at times I can’t tell that I’m wearing this waist pack at all.- Affordable. I was pleasantly surprised about the quality of this running belt considering its low price point. Sure, you might find something cheaper out there but not with all these features and premium quality.- The reflective zippers were very bright when I shone a flashlight on them while in the dark. I think this adds a level of safety if someone is walking or jogging at night while wearing this belt.- The key holder is a good place for spare keys.Cons- No color options. (However, I think it looks fashionable and sporty as-is.)Final assessment for the Running Belt Max (and enough of my rambling): this is a superior pocketed waist band and I think it’s essential gear, like a pair of shoes. I HIGHLY recommend it for travelers and probably for those who choose to torture themselves through exercise.

Looks like a winner
This is extremely well made and high quality. As a senior I use the Samsung Note series of phones and as everyone knows they are NOT small. I needed something that would hold my Note 4, keys, a credit card and maybe a $20 bill when I go walking with the dog or just for an errand. Love the details. The hook and pocket for your essential keys, the large pocket for the Note 4 and another small side pocket for maybe lipstick or small must take item. All these pockets have zippers so nothing FALLS OUT. It has a blue stonewashed reflective strip. It looks reflective but I haven't worn it at night yet since it is presently 17 outside at the moment!I haven't really had the chance of trying it out real time due to the season but I have worn it in the house just to see how comfortable it is. You see I have a muffin top which is pretty standard when one reaches a certain milestone in their lives. I can't wear a phone of any size on my waist because it's so damn uncomfortable. I sat at my desk for a couple of hours while wearing it and I totally forgot I had it on. Good sign! It is comfortable and stays where it's suppose to stay.I purchase another two as Christmas presents for friends who are into exercise at the gym and outdoors weather permitting. One friend said this would be great to take when she's flying. It'll keep all the really important stuff close to her eliminating the need for a separate purse.I will update this when I actually put it through my routine ....... weather permitting. Unless something drastically fails, it looks like a winner to me!

Extremely convenient!
I initially bought one for myself and then ended up ordering another 4 for my parents and sisters.PROS:1) The main pocket is big enough for a Samsung Note phone. I'm really thankful for this because I feel like a lot of items are only big enough for a smaller iPhone. I used this main pocket to hold my passport and phone when I was traveling internationally. I even kept a pen in there for international paperwork that was required when landing in a new country. It was obvious I had stuff in there but it was still flatter than having a traditional fanny pack. Absolutely love this thing!2) The smaller pockets are perfect for cash, cards, and carmex. These are my essential items when I am traveling. The left small pocket has an extra clip for my keys. I typically clip it onto a key ring and then put the key inside the zipped pocket.3) This is a running belt, but I use it for all sorts of stuff. Traveling, outdoor activities, festivals etc. My favorite use is for when I am at an amusement park. Instead of having to put my bag to the side on each ride, I can simply just keep this thing on me. It doesn't move around when I am on roller coasters and I have that security of knowing that no one can just walk off with my personal items.4) My mother uses her belt for when she is working in on the farm. It holds her phone and keys while she is working. She always uses it for travelling. My father uses it when he is hunting and out on the farm to hold ammo/slugs for his guns. Both of them really enjoy how convenient the belt is to them.CONS:1) The belt is adjustable, however there isn't very much retention so throughout the day, the belt actually becomes looser and will sag a little bit on my hips. I'm sure it's just something that happens based on my movement but I probably have to tighten the belt maybe once or twice when I have to wear it all day, which is not bad at all considering I am wearing it for at least 8 hours.OVERALL:- This belt is extremely convenient and is proven by my 4 family members and myself who have the exact same one. It is versatile and can be used for many different events and activities. I love that it is water-resistant. The material is thick and of good quality. The zippers hold up very well and have not snagged on the softer material around the zippers at all. I will continue to buy this belt but I'm sure I won't need to anytime soon. This is a good middle-ground between a hidden running belt and a regular fanny pack (not flat, not bulky). I've worn it outside of my shirt and I have also worn it hidden under my clothes. Very versatile item and is my go-to anytime I can go without a purse or bag. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
