Listen, this will be a bit personal, but hey...it's my business to tell. I saw a video on Instagram that basically said high blood pressure was due to a deficiency in Magnesium. Should I know this, sure, but I didn't. And although I'm not diagnosed with high blood pressure, my blood pressure has been elevated due to weight gain in the recent years. I bought this product and began using it. Today is day 4 or 5 and I've had great bowel movements and my blood pressure is beautiful!
