So I decided to give these a try and I am very happy with them. I used to spend between five or $6 of sprinkler and take my time with a shovel to dig up the old one and replace the entire one just for what? The head. Instead I said let me spend about $2 and just replace the problem. This had actually is better than the original. It spreads out the water evenly and you could buy different sizes so far I have purchased three different sizes from 6 to 15 to 17.. the fan out water flow is more consistent and better than the original. I was getting fed up with the bird brand and I was thinking about getting a different kind. Thus fixes the problem.It becomes a pain in the butt having to change five sprinklers but changing five heads I could do it all in less than 5 minutes.Getting the SAN 5 versus the higher numbers also controls the water amount, so certain areas of your lawn that gets shade or your ground is always wet you could put a different head, less water disbursement..So far I'm happy, I don't get any issues like some other user stated about heads being stuck outside.. and I continue to plan on buying these and do quick replacements.

Adjustment a little difficult but they work great and I didn’t have to dig out and replace the whole head

I needed replacements and this pack had almost exactly what I needed. These were all 90° and I needed at least one 380°, but I ended up using them all.Great value, work like the original ones, perfect size for my Hunter system, easy to replace old ones, spay further than my others. Good quality.

Used them all to replace my Rain Bird sprinkler tops. My grass loves the water coverage they provide.

They fit the rainbird installed but, I've had these for a year now and just found this one broken from the inside. Installed less than a year and reduced to watering once every two weeks over winter here in Florida.

I liked the adjustable part

I have typical half Inch Rain Bird pop-ups. I had a few areas of dry grass where the water didn't reach. I bought these 15AN heads to, hopefully, get a little more distance with the water. The description indicates "Compatible with all Rain Bird." I was thinking I would just unscrew the old head, pull out the filter screen, drop in the new filter screen, screw on the new head, adjust the coverage radius and I'd be done. Unfortunately, no. The filter screen that comes with this didn't sit all the way down in the stem. So, I could not screw on the new head at all. So, I used the old filter screen that was on there previously. The head would still not screw on. The screen was causing interference. So, I completely removed the filter screen and tried to screw on the head without one. The previous head screwed on easily for about three or four rotations until seated all the way down. But this head would not. I found the thread pattern on my Rain Bird stem was different than the thread pattern inside the head. So, I put a lot of pressure as I screwed and tried to force it on. There was a lot or resistance and I figured I was stripping the stem somewhat. But I was able to screw it on about one full turn before I couldn't force it anymore. It wasn't screwed all the way down.I turned on the water and there was some leakage around the head. But it DID spray somewhat. However, the next disappointment was the quality of the spray. Much of it was a fine mist that blew away in the wind. There were some larger drops, but those didn't travel any farther than my old spray head. Overall, the spray quality was very disappointing. So, these heads didn't work at all on my typical Rain Bird pop-ups.
