I bought this tea for my wife who is pregnant, but she did not like it.I went on a juice fast around the same time and many people recommended drinking tea to help control my hunger urges. So I started drinking this. It is very good tea. I drank 2-4 cups a day and it helped a lot with my hunger pains. after I ran out of this tea I checked my local stores to see what they had for organic teas. It is almost impossible to find a good organic tea! all of the teas I found said "Natural- fill in the blank" when I checked the ingredients they would all list "Natural Flavors" as an ingredient!!! Naturals Flavors are almost always anything but natural. Natural flavors can be anything that = less that 2% of the total ingredients. Anything! it can be MSG. Or it can be the new Pepsi favorite "Fetus Flavor Enhancers"...Rant over.Earth Mama is the only tea I've found that list all of its ingredients and all of them are organic! The flavor has become a bit bland to me, but thats nothing that a little lemon or lime can't fix.

I found this tea to have a nice, subtle flavor and a calming effect. I like to have something warm to sip throughout the day and wanted it to be caffeine-free. This is a great tasting option - lightly citrus, chamomile flavor, 100% organic, and no caffeine. I drink it any time of day. It also comes in a cute box, so I’m planning to order a few of these to put in gift boxes for pregnant friends.

This is great tasting tea that puts me to sleep quickly. After a stressful day it helps me to relax. The only problem has been that I am nursing my 3 mo old son and noticed sharp drop in milk production and couldn't pinpoint the cause. Then I started researching ingredients I found a sourse that said that lemon balm (main ingredient of this tea) has a potential to drop milk production and is used to treat overproduction of breast milk or to dry up the supply. Even though it is said on the box that this tea is safe during breastfeeding (which I don't doubt), do your own research on the ingredients before ingesting it. I had to stop drinking it and trying to reestablish my production. However, will deffinately drink it after done nursing.

Delicious tea! I love drinking tea at the end of my day. This tea is potent so I only use one bag with honey. I am in my third trimester of pregnancy, and it contains all the right ingredients.

Wow!!!!! I was skeptical of this tea. I'm 3 months postpartum and having a horrible time falling asleep and staying asleep, even though I am exhausted with my baby and toddler. This tea kept me relaxed, fell asleep easily, and went right back to sleep instantly after each feed. It was wonderful!!!!!!!! Looooove it!Also, I liked the taste. But I'm a southern girl... I like my tea a little sweet (and usually iced lol, but left it hot since it was to help me sleep). So I added a pinch of sugar. And also a dash of cinnamon, only because I love cinnamon. It was lovely!

Tastes great! However, this might be a conundrum since drinking the tea makes me sleepy, but also wakes me up in the middle of the night to pee.
