Q: The lumbar support lever is too tight, anyone have problems adjusting it? is this a major problem?

I sent my 1st chair back because it came broken on that lever . Although i didn't get to sit in the chair because it came broken, Amazon replaced the chair but after sitting in it for 40 mins it felt very uncomfortable.. not worth the 500 dollar price tag .. it's cheaply made and just a razor label... there are better office chairs out there for 100 dollars that will beat this chair. Send it back while you have a chance.

Unless Razer did not actually increase the size dimensions of the actual product to increase for the "XL" of the XL...then the information provided by Razer in their answers for dimensions are wrong..otherwise they are just merely quoting the dimensions for the Regular "X" version.

Q: What's the legit reason to put wings on a seat? All they do is dig into my legs. Is there some benefit I'm not thinking about to having seat wings?

The wings are the biggest design flaw for an otherwise nice gaming chair. The normal and the XL have the exact same space between the wings, so bigger isn't always better. Benefits, no, none, totally worthless and downright stupid. Put a wider seat or one without wings on this chair and you'll have a chair worth the money. As is, I gave it to my wife. Real men cannot sit in this chair without discomfort.

The answer about this being the Iskar vs. the Iskar X is incorrect because razer literally made the Iskar X to be a cheaper product. X is made with cheaper materials and lacks an adjustable lumbar support, so getting the Iskar for $400 is great. The only benefit of the X is a slightly more adjustable arm rest. Sorry I don’t know why it’s cheaper here and was wondering the same thing, but I do know that the normal price for the X is $400 due to the cheaper materials, and that the Iskar is normally $500.
