Have a MDF Cardiology stethoscope & bought these for diaphragm ring replacements. It fit very snug & on both adult & pediatric sides. Very durable & holding up to hospital grade disinfecting wipes.

Like the title says. Perfect fit for a Littmann Classic II SE. No complaints, works just like an original piece. And I have remaining pieces in case I need some more. Thanks!

Should really include measurements of diaphragm part but does. Only ear tips fit my Welch allyn professional stethoscope.

It's not made by 3M,but functionally works well.

Fits my Littmann master cardiology classic, classic II SE, and also the classic III SE. Sits on the drum or the bell snuggly and picks up the same sounds as the original diaphragm, albeit I think the original diaphragm is very so slightly louder but for day to day use, you won’t notice the difference. If you’re trying to pick up a grade II/VI diastolic murmur with the diaphragm, you might have a hard time if the room is not quiet. But also, that’s what the bell side is for.

I bought this set maily for the diaphragm to replace one that had fallen off my littman stethoscope because the price for the littman brand was way too expensive. I wasn't expecting much from these but I was very pleasantly surprised when I was hearing just as well as I used to. Durability I am not sure about as I recently started using it but it seems fairly sturdy, it fit snuggly and you get two so what's not to love. Highly recommend.

Inexpensive and it fits and works. Pictured here is my ADC Scope stethoscope but I've tried it on my Littmann Classic II SE and it works too, and much better priced than Littmann replacement diaphragm! Can't go wrong with this purchase.
