Most important the pins are actually stainless steel, which on many sites I searched there was some question about people getting what they ordered. That is what I paid for and what I received. Now, the rating. What was advertised was what I got. Do I give a totally outstanding 5 rating for a business that just did what they promised? Yes that is good but great? Sorry, I just cannot see it. You should expect the average successful business over time would mostly fulfill their promises and mistakes being made every now and then. So with the way I think about it I should give a 3 star rating.
