OtterBox iPhone 12 & iPhone 12 Pro Commuter Series Case - Bespoke Way (Blazer Blue/Stormy SEAS Blue), Slim & Tough, Pocket-Friendly, with Port Protection

{from my wife}I usually use rather sleek and minimal cases. I’m not one to drop my phone so protection has always been important but not something I’ve been overly concerned with.Until we moved to a farm with a house under construction. I wanted something stronger and simple without tons of bulk. So happy I decided to get this case.I find the buttons still easy to press (after the initial adjustment) and really appreciate the charge port cover. At first I thought that was the weak point of the case but it’s held up well and is now just easier to move aside to charge.My only struggle stems from the fact that I added a handle/stand to the back (even though the silicon part of the case makes it easy to grip, better than my previous case) and with that attached my phone is to thick for tripod phone mounts - I do a lot of video with my phone for work. Because of the handle I have to take off the hard part of the case multiple times a week. This case is not made for that! After 8 months of doing this the case is now broken on two different corners.That said, I'm looking at buying a new case. But thinking about just repurchasing this one because of how sleek, protective and nice looking it is.

Perfectly fits my iPhone 12. Definitely makes my phone slimmer compared to the previous case I had. My wife has the same case on her phone and so far has protected it from the drops it has suffered. She uses a wireless charger at night and hasn’t had any issues so looking toward to a cooler phone while charging compared to the previous bulkier case I had. It is slimmer so easier to grip and get in and out of my pocket than the previous case. Should work better in my vehicle wireless charger due to a less bulky but still sturdy back of the case.

This is the third time I'm buying this case in two years because it WORKS. First time... because the phone is in the possession of a teen. The second case was necessary due to normal phone wear and tear - a corner had eventually chipped after enough drops and I wanted to make sure the case had enough structural integrity to live on.Yesterday my teen forgot her iPhone was in her pocket and went on Medusa at Six Flags Discovery Kingdom. The longest and highest coaster in NorCal. No floor. 150-foot hill. 150-foot drop. 128 feet high vertical loop, followed by immediately by a dive loop and zero G roll. A double-inversion in between two cobra loops where you pull 4.5 Gs.The kid's phone, which is almost paid off, flings out of her pocket somewhere during the ride and thankfully doesn't hit anyone. She's devastated, and I'm running the math on a new-to-her phone. We wait for THREE HOURS after closing for the Six Flags team to look for the phone and... it is unscathed. (Can't imagine why they take their understaffed sweet time looking for an item they explicitly tell you not to bring on the coaster.) The case is broken but the iPhone itself looks brand new (see the pic - the crack in the gorilla glass screen protector was already there pre-Six Flags). Another party waiting to see if their phone survived was handed a baggie with an iPhone in multiple pieces so...I never write product reviews but this warranted one.

Writing this review after almost 1 year of purchase.This is one of the best phone case I got. My kid hurled my phone over a hundred times and it is still intact with a little piece of the polycarbonate case broken on top. My phone hasn’t got a single scratch.The best part is there are 2 layers- one a rubber slipcover with a good grip and the outer layer is a rigid polycarbonate case. It also has a cover for the charging port to prevent accumulation of dust.It fits very well in my hand and for a clumsy person like me, it has got good grips on the side which prevent the phone from falling. It fits well in pockets too. All in all this is one of the best!!

I bought it again because inexpensive, sturdy, and well designed.

Very sturdy case

I am a repeat buyer of Otterbox phone cases. I tend to be a little rough when handling my phones and droppng frequently. The case has saved my phone from damage countless times. The raised edge protects the screen as well. Well worth the price.
