I spent 3 hours greasing the gears inside...
The motor. Antenna went in just fine....real quiet..but for some reason it hyperextended and fell out of its sleeve somewhere on the freeway...I'll read the directions next time and I'm sure it will stay put!Great price & easy to install.

Easy to install
My powered antenna motor was very loud on power off. So, this replacement was easy to install and eliminated the noise on retracting, power off. This replacement is better than the original, in my opinion.

Broke after 45 days.
Fit fine, installed easily, broke quickly. Decided to buy Lexus part off eBay and expect it to last.

Works, but is longer then stock. 2003 Lexus RX 300
Installing it the first time can be a challenge, but there are some videos on You Tube to help out. As for the Antenna, it works, but is about 5 in longer and will now sticks up about 5 inch's when antenna is depressed.
