Magnesium Complex

I have had a very positive experience using magnesium. Since I started taking it, my sleep quality has improved significantly, and I feel more rested and relaxed at night. I also feel stronger and notice less muscle tension throughout the day. Magnesium has helped me feel more balanced overall, both physically and mentally. My muscles recover better, and I have more energy for daily activities. It has been easy to include in my routine and has made a noticeable difference in how I feel.

I’ve been using this for about 4 years now. Use it mainly as a post-workout supplement and overall general health. No issues at all. I’ve noticed a big reduction in DOMS following tough workouts.. Great product.

Not sure I should take off a star, except for my own use and situation.I order Magnesium Complex from this brand which completely eases muscle cramps in my legs and is also helpful with sleep and constipation. (In my 70’s) I ordered the glycinate by error, but decided to try it. It is not adequate for my leg cramps and spasms. It relieves them somewhat, but not completely. My son, in his 30s, decided to try one for leg cramps after lifting workouts. It really worked for him. He’s going to get blood labs done just to make sure it’s safe for him. Also beware that these items are not returnable even if unopened.

Awesome. So far really works well.

So far so good. Only have been taking it for about a week just before bed, my joints are not hurting in the middle of the night and when I wake.

My husband is a horrible sleeper. Restless legs, anxiety, too hot, too cold, on and on and on… I got him these to see if they would do what they said and let me tell you they work like nothing I’ve ever seen! He is convinced I’m actually drugging him with a narcotic or trying to kill him. They knock him out cold. Like cold, cold. He wakes up happy and rested. It’s a beautiful magic pill. Buy it.
