nice faucet for a wash tub
This review is about the American Standard 7500.170.002 Monterrey Centerset Gooseneck Lavatory Faucet in Chrome.We are using it in a garage setting in a wash tub and find its handles nice for when hands are dirty and you can use your wrists to turn the water on easily with out getting the handles dirty.The chrome finish is solid and quality and NOT just painted a chrome color like some other off brand products. We have only owned this for about a month but it seems to be built to last. I will update the review in the future if anything changes, but so far so good.The goose neck style keeps the faucet out of the actual wash tub so that large items can fit easily underneath in the tub and be washed.

Had been searching for this item all over. It replaced an older lavatory of the same make. I was very impressed of the ease of getting it and replacement was a breeze. Ordered 10.

Well Made
Very nice product, well made, easy to install. Although it is rated as a commercial item it looks very nice in my updated residential bathroom. Like the higher stem as I can wash my hair and small dogs under it. Very convenient.Only reason not a five star is because this same design does not come in an 8" mount. The 8" does not the combined plate. I went ahead and installed it on my vanity with 4" mounting holes and added a under mount soap dispenser to the third hole. The faucet it set to the right side of the sink a bit it works out great and the stem can adjust as needed. Plus it nice having the soap dispenser included into the sink.

Picked up the idea at a doctors office
Perfect for my laundry deep sink.Many times I'm covered was dirt or paint etc... and just pulling on the paddle is way better than turn a knob!

If you are renovating a bathroom for adaptability then this is a faucet set that works well. Large grip paddles make turning on and off easy. The tall neck let’s one wash under a flow of water without reaching into the sink. ADA compliant.
