Speedo Nemesis Contour Paddle

Great for your workout — you can either use them to work on speed, or give yourself a bit more resistance in the water to get more of a workout in your arms. Feels durable. It takes a bit to get used to put them on, but great workout tool.

Just like my old pair just different color.

I'm an old guy who swims mostly for relaxation, certainly not competitively or for speed. But I got these to see if they would help me to swim a little faster, without too much extra effort. They do, by about 10%. And they give your arms more of a work-out. Most swim paddles are flat, like ping-pong paddles. But I like the curved, hand-contoured, ergonomic shape of these. (Not to be confused with the model designed for pirates, which has an arrrgh-onomic shape).

Never used swim paddles. They fit great and I love the different level sizes so you can build your strength.

They really help to grip the water. They are a good addition to you swim workout.

Great product to push your limits

More than great in its Look-and-Feel, this product is well built, fits comfortably and functions as expected.

I do not have any formal swim training, but after herniating a disc in my lower back, I took up swimming to rehab my back, strengthen my core, and for general stress relief. I took four half hour lessons at the tender age of 51. And I'm sort of addicted to all the fun things to keep the swim interesting as I swim laps for an hour five to six times a week. These fit perfectly in my palm and are easy to control. I've only had them a few weeks and I use them about 20 minutes or so each swim. Every friend who has tried them, wants a pair. I'm seriously considering giving some for Christmas. I like them that much. They will improve your stroke and form, work your upper body and oh happiness, isolate your triceps and work them like nothing else you've tried. Affordable and fun. Only negative might be how long the finger and wrist loops/bands are going to last. Will keep this review updated.

Perfectas , pero ojo con la talla a partir de la L hay que estar fuerte

No cansan y jalan mucha agua

Good Design, Good Quality, Useful in training

خامة جدا ممتازة وتخدم عندي الي اصغر منها لها اكثر من سنتين

It is cheap and worst quality product paddle ,that too from a brand like speedo which we have got from.amazon. my kid had to take this for practise ,1st time when he tried the plastic strap came out..it is not comfortable as compare to his previous speedo small size paddle which we got from decathlon shop. Before this even swimming jammer from.same company speedo which we ordered, turned out to be a complete disaster. I wish I can send the jammer back to amazon so that they can see how bad the material and with 3 to 4 wears the cloth looses it's ilasticity.
