I have been using this for 10 years. Any time I feel my gums or teeth don’t feel super clean after brushing my teeth I use this twice a day for a week and it usually fixes the problem. Even better if you floss before using it. I usually swash for a minute and then brush my teeth afterwards (not what the instructions say to do but it works for me!)

Wow this stuff really works. I noticed my teeth were whiter the very first week I used it. I normally use this once a day and I am not almost out and I can’t believe how white my teeth are. I do not use whitening strips or anything and this makes a huge difference and has increased my confidence. Only down side is it tastes horrible and I usually have to spit in the sink a couple times after using but I know this is due to it actually having whitening solution in it which makes sense why wouldn’t it taste like whitening if that’s the main purpose. Will be buying this again and again

It’s works right away within two brushes and they stay white even if you miss a brushing or two. Keep your breathe fresh for a long time just make sure you floss as well

This really works.I've also been using this in conjunction with Colgate Optic White toothpaste and together it's been an effective combination.Within a few days I noticed that my teeth looked whiter and after almost using up the entire bottle, my teeth are so white that I don't know if I will use Crest's whitening strips again.

ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS MOUTHWASH.After rinsing with this. Teeth feel "squeaky " clean, and breath is fresh for hours.

Use this to wet my toothbrush for brushing my teeth and for cleaning my mouth guard. Rinse afterwards. Taste is tolerable for a mouthwash, much better than the awful blue stuff (of any brand). Seems to stave off coffee, tea, blueberry stains.
