I love my kitchen aid and for entirely too long the bowl was slipping off of the base when mixing anything other than liquid. I was very hesitant to buy anything other than kitchen aid - but for the cost of this and the beater I also needed it was creeping up in price and had me just looking to upgrade my mixer. Decided to give this one a shot. Installed it VERY easily with the removal of 3 screws. (I did this in the middle of baking because I had forgotten I had purchased this until I grabbed the mixer out 1/2 way through recipe. To my delight my bowl for snuggly again!! No issues AT ALL! Makes my kitchen aid look newer again!

Bought a used KitchenAid but was missing and or needing some parts replaced. Fit perfectly and worked. It's a solid build and worth the money.

After 7 years the bowl on my kitchen aid would start to pop off, until I bought this replacement piece. It was super easy to install, and fixed the problem immediately! It fit perfectly, and is of good quality. Cleans up easily as well.

Direct fit and kept the bowl in place

This bowl screw cap did not fit my KitchenAid mixer. After I put it on, it did not hold the bowl in place & it shook & rattled, bouncing off the mixer paddle. I replaced my original & will tolerate the bowl getting stuck rather than put up with this one. Their website recommended this for my mixer model so I don't know where else to look for a replacement that fits. Kitchen Aid used to have excellent service, but no more.

Just be aware that it may not have the same long-term durability as the original.

This is an exact replacement part for the Kitchen aid mixer. I bought a used mixer that the previous owner had given up on because the mixing bowl kept popping out of the previous screw cap. Three screws and that mixer works like new (at least when it comes to holding the mixing bowl to the frame). Good part for the money.

After years of regular use, the base plate on our KitchenAid mixer wore out. We were pleased to find this replacement plate on Amazon. Delivery was fast, and installation was easy. Using a common household tool, a Phillips head screwdriver, it only took a few moments to remove the old plate and install this new one. Now, the KitchenAid mixer is back in service. We are pleased with this product.
