Does this work with a nexigo webcam

In a video review I watched for this camera, it appears that there is a universal mounting hole on the bottom of the camera mount. It's hard to tell from the pictures on Amazon, so I'd recommend you search for an outside review or an unboxing video on YouTube to see for yourself. The webcam stand is very sturdy and capable of holding cameras much heavier than a webcam.

Does the flex arm separate from the clamp?

Yes—the bottom of the arm has 3/8" threads, and it is attached to the clamp with a hex nut. If you peel up the protective foam, you can remove the arm with a wrench or pliers. I did this to mount the arm more permanently on another fixture.

Would this support the weight of a dslr?

The clamp and Goose-neck are very strong and sturdy. However, their site states that the Webcam Arm max Load is 1.5 LBS (0.7kg); Not for a heavy Camera or devices. Newer, lighter DSLRs might work, but just weigh your camera to be sure.

It this gooseneck tube hollow all the way through so I can put wires in it?

It seems hollow, but each end is sealed. You would have to take it apart to insert wires.
