As advertised
The product arrived in its manufacturer packaging. It was packed well for shipping and none of the cookies seem to be broken. The cookies themselves are buttery and light and are great on their own or with other desserts including fruit and ice cream/sorbet.

This is False Advertising
They are selling this product, which is delicious! But they say they are selling a pack of 12, which I bought because a pack of 12 for 10$ is a great deal. When they arrived I only got 1 box, which contains 8 individual crisps. I would've thought they were sending me a box of 12 of the individual boxes. There is no pack of 12 of anything for this item. So it is false advertising.

Little pieces
I know these are fragile but…this is what I received, all busted up. Won’t be making ice cream sandwiches with these. Taste great, have to use as a sprinkle now.

Delicate tasty crunchy butter biscuits
I was introduced to these yrs ago in 2019 but haven't had sny since. I loved them then & love them now. The Butter Crispy are just the right amount of crispy, just the right amount of vanilla & butter. You Will eat the entire box without blinking an eyelash! I accidentally purchased the Carmel but was still in cookie heaven. Get your tea, coffee, lemonade, crystal light, milk, or water to sip if u want but believe you me, they're delectable alone. Not for sharing. These are "stingy" biscuits 😁

Shipping issue.
The cookies taste great. However, Amazon needs to make a better choice about how to ship the product. Using a soft pack doesn't provide enough protection and many of the cookies were broken.
