I love this charging dock. It's so easy to set up and will easily charge both the Wii U gamepad and rechargeable Wiimotes at the same time. It works with both standard Wiimotes and Wiimotion Plus controllers. As long as the back lid of the Wiimote has those 3 metal magnetic strips on it, it should work perfectly. I really appreciate that the Wiimote is rechargeable, as I use a lot of batteries in my one Wiimote alone. I'm constantly running my family out of batteries! So this charger helps with that issue. It's also very easy to display for convenience and also very easy to take with you if you're bringing your Wii or Wii U somewhere. Whether it be a trip or just to a friend's house. The charge will hold for a long time and it charges at a decent pace. I like this charging dock so much, I had to order a second one to keep at my family's vacation home. I highly recommend this charging dock!!! It's perfect!

I bought this to charge the Wii u gamepad, and it works great for that. I loved the option of using rechargeable battery packs for the remotes, but the problem is they don't work. There's only a metal connector on one end of the battery pack so it doesn't work in the remotes. If you're looking for a gamepad charger this one works well, but if you're looking for remote chargers keep looking.

Charges my wii u controller with no issues. Does feel lite and some what cheaply made but can't say it doesn't do its job.

Compact and elegant solution to charge both WII controllers and the Wii-U controller pad. This device will allow you to charge a Wii-U controller pad and two Wii controllers at the same time. It does require you provide a USB/Phone power adapter though it has a USB cord in the box. It works exactly as expected.

At first, I thought their was an issue with the port where the cable plugs in. Don't be fooled, folks. It's just really tight. You have to kind of muscle the cable in. Either way, it works wonderfully. The batteries fit the 2-in-1 motion controllers, and they click right in. Again, you have to get them just right. You'll be able to tell when you do. Game pad docks, has a nice place to sit now. Good price on the batteries, worth it if you have the controllers and the game pad.
