12pcs 3/4'' Plastic Garden Hose Shut Off Valve, Water hose shut off valve, Shut-Off Ball Valve Standard 3/4'' Thread Connector Coupling

I ordered these for a particular purpose and they work just fine. The machining and molding are good, they fit hose fittings well, and they do not leak. All good. The only problem is the plastic they are made from is very fragile and brittle. The first one I put into regular use has already had the valve handle snap off from VERY LIGHT USE washing the car. I did not write a review prior to use to see how things went. Now I know.So, bottom line is this, they will do what they are designed to do as valves but they will not hold up to any knocks at all. I hate plastic going into the landfill for any reason and these will all certainly make their way there before their expected life-span due to the fragility of the plastic they're made from. Bear this in mind when purchasing.

Nice cheap replacement ball valve for various garden projects

They stop water. They allow varying amounts of water through. They dont appear to restrict said water from passing. Durability? Thats seriously questionable. I used mine at individual rainbirds and am very pleased with the immediate results. But ill probably need to replace them next year when i try to turn the adjusting arm. But thats what you get from chinese plastic. Dont expect these to be a lifetime service product.

I had ordered 2 packs last year and they worked great. Ordered 3 packs this year and the female threads do not align with the male hose threads. The male threads are fine on the valves. Sadly we just started using this years purchase and I've missed my return window. Not sure what happened between manufacturing last year to this year but this was disappointing to find.

I have had a habit of buying brass valves for my garden hoses. They break. The housing may fracture if dropped. The handles break. This time I made a wiser choice for ABS plastic. Livestock feeding equipment is made from this stuff and it lasts a very long time in the elements. The price was great. The only issue (and the cause for only 4 stars) was that one of the 12 had a misaligned ball valve and required my participation to adjust it. I was up to the task. Others may not be. Still, I would buy these again in a heartbeat. Fortunately, with 12, I may not have to.

Works great! Seems to have good consistency. I've used 4 in the pack so far and they have all been great. No leaks and seals properly when toggled. They also came with gaskets so the package comes with everything you need.
