Q: I charged the ball until the red light went off but i can't get the ball to come on and I don't see the Power switch ?

pls take the LED lamp out from Orb first. it is a black power switch on the PCB. Can you contact us by Amazon message? then we can send you the photo, it will be much easy for you.
