Neat gift
Cool little gadget to play around with. I was suprise how much force you had to use to âpingâ the keys. But still kinda neat

For kids and their dad lol.
The sound is very nice and quiet but not too quiet. Very light notes and i had a ton of fun with my son playing music together.

Kind of a bummer
All the keys but one works wonderful... Its kind of a bummer... I'll use it as a decoration instead of travel instrument... The sound it makes is very nice... Except that one key... I may just remove the wonky key...

Cute stocking stuffer
Got this for my husband because he had even looking at one of the large $80 Kalimbas. So I figured get him a little one so he can mess around with and not waste $80. HahaIt worked just as I'd hoped. It's a beautiful little instrument. It comes with tools to adjust the little prongs, a carrying case, and a necklace attachment so you can walk around with it. It also had a small thing of sheet music. My husband and kids had a lot of fun learning to play happy birthday.Definitely a cute gift for a kid, or the adult kids in your life.

Looks cute but isn't tuned and is too small to play. Would not recommend this product.

Very cool " Fidget " toy
Its small, can be used on a necklace. Very portable.Plays simple songs and my daughter loves it as a different type of fidget toy.Well made for what it is. Very worth the money.

Fun gift for kids
Gave this as a birthday gift for a young child (took out the neck cord and beads first as they pose a choking hazard).This was the hit of the party! An older child there could NOT get enough of playing with it, and the birthday boy enjoyed both watching his friend play, as well as interacting with the kalimba himself to figure out how to make sounds with it.I like that this encourages a love of music making and is simple, no battery required, offers delight away and apart from a screen or electronic device, and invites play. Highly recommend.

Make sure to buy a tuner along with product!
I bought this and arrived and product looks exactly like photo. HOWEVER it was out of tune when it arrived and the package doesnt include a tuning hammer. Make sure that when you buy this that you either already have a tuning hammer or buy one along with this đ
