Bought this to get through a deployment. it came in a well contained box and very secure. Was able easily convert hard drive to be used for apple and windows. Easily accessible and my computer made it easy to read and operate.

I had purchased this drive for my son after his older drive had broken. We were looking for a name brand at a decent price.When we saw that Toshiba had this 2 Tb drive and for an amazing price point I bought it right away.We have been using this everyday since then for my son's laptop. It gives him all the extra space needed for games and since he is in an IT college career technology course in his high school, all of his important projects for school are also kept on the drive.With all of that and the large games he still has over 1 Tb left to use!!The amount of space, the price was great, and it comes in a few fun colors. I highly recommend buying this drive if your looking for extra storage. It's a little bit bigger than a credit card and weighs less than half a pound. The textured surface keeps it from sliding around.Buy this if you need extra storage!!!! You can't go wrong.

I wasn't sure what to expect with the Toshiba Canvio but I have been really pleased. I want to back up specific folders irregularly so I am not looking for super fast speeds, and this seems to be completely satisfactory. Oh and did I say...light! Great for travel.
