This is by far the most complete sewing kit! It comes with so many different colors of threads, stitch ripper, scissors, tape measure, pin cushion, buttons, some kind of clippers, hand needles. Straight pins, cord but also runs on batteries, safety pins, thimbles! I mean it’s got it all! Oh yeah and a wooden box to hold it all!I’m sending the others that I received and nothing wrong with them back to Amazon because this one comes with it all! I’m getting 2 more of these one for my daughter and the other for my daughter in law!These are great gifts! Easy to use, nice appearance and the box is sturdy

I love this kit, and the wooden box that holds it all! It comes with everything a person needs for simple sewing tasks including scissors, needles, pins, needle threader, thimble, pin cushion, a variety of thread colors, a seam ripper, and the hand held machine.

Stopped working 5 minutes after using do not buy!!!!!! Also was missing the big silver scissors it was supposed to come with!

You definitely get what you pay for. My problem is that no matter what I do, the stitches pull. I can go back and forth over them I can go super slow I can go faster and still no matter what the stitches pull out without any resistance. A bit disappointed. The rest of the kit is fabulous. I love the box.

My SIL made my children pillows with a sewing alternative (some kind of adhesive) which did not hold up well at all but they loved them so I bought this thinking it would get the job done with relative ease. I was very wrong, it jammed on the test sample fabric! The machine only worked if it was plugged in, the batteries were pointless, and it continuously jammed itself while I tested it on the sample fabric which was very thin. Even messing with the settings did nothing to stop it from jamming. The box itself was nice and had everything inside so I was able to get the job done by hand but the sewing machine is not worth anything whatsoever.

It's perfect for doing simple projects. And with 3 different sources of power, regular plug in, USB and battery. Has almost everything you need for sewing. Directions are very tiny, so tiny that I had to get a magnifying light up so I could read the instructions. Simple to use. Getting ready to make husband a pair of custom cargo shorts from a old pair of chefs pants (he was a chef before Covid and a year later was diagnosed with stage 4 throat and neck cancer. He's almost 3 years cancer free, PRAISE GOD 👏), kids can use it, I recommend with parental supervision.

I really love the presentation of this product and would feel good presenting it as a gift ... if it worked.The kit is outfitted as expected with a lovely assortment of threads, excellent quality needles and scissors, and enough variety of thread colors to get just about any project off the ground. The pins aren't all sharp, but one or two duds are to be expected.The disappointment of this kit is the handheld sewer. It was easy to figure out how to use, to get threaded and get the batteries installed, and it fits just fine in my hand. However, the foot doesn't feed the fabric through. I tried tension, more/less, and different weights and fabric types, but nothing will feed through. I even tried helping it along, but once the foot is down and the teeth come up (to feed it through) nothing moves.I was hoping to send back the machine for a replacement only to find out I'm only able to apply for a refund if I send the whole kit back. I don't want a refund, I want a working machine.I am giving 2 stars because I was able to use the standard needle and thread provided, so I could at least complete my project by hand.
