رائع واكثر من رائع انا معي سكري الحمل وممنوع عن الخبز والكربوهيدرات ودكتورة تغذية وصفتلي اياه وباكل ويشبع منه وبعد ساعتين بفحص السكر والحمدلله ابدا ما يرتفع

The 7 kcal you see is on the packet is only from fat. They completely disregard and hide total calories (which includes calories from carbs) per loaf on the whole packet. Total calories exceed 100 kcal per slice. Which is equal to most breads out there.Not for people looking to reduce calories from carbs.The lack of ethics in advertisement is getting out of hands.

المنتج غير مفيد لمرضى السكري
تم الطلب من موقع أمازون وكان التوصيل والتغليف جيدلكن المنتج رفع نسبه السكر في جسمي بشكل كبير بعد 3ساعات ونصف كان قريب 150 مع العلم انني قمت بفحص السكر قبل تناول الخبز وكان اقل من 100 المنتج لاينفع لاصحاب السكر مع العلم انه غني الألياف حسب المعلومات المدونه على كيس الخبز والمفروض لاتسبب الألياف ارتفاع سكر الدم فهو مشبه اذا للخبز الأبيض من وجهه نظري لاينفع لتخفيف الوزن او مرضى السكري
