I'm short and have a Pyrenees puppy who is very tall and strong. This leash is perfect for me to keep her close and under control. I love it!

This training short leash was perfect for what I needed to keep my dog close but have enough length to not feel crowded. Quality is very good and handle is padded but not bulky.

My dog recently had TPLO surgery and needs to be restricted in his movements when going out in the yard or on a walk until he has repeat x-rays the end of the month. This is the perfect leash for that. The length prevents him from tripping or getting tangled in the leash like he used to with my old one when he would walk in front of me or go from side to side checking things out. I would often have to untangle his leg from under the leash. I also like the fact that it has a clip to attach the poop bag holder and since I have to go out with him I just clean it up at that time.. The length is just what I was looking for, the handle is sturdy, just the right size and I will continue to use this on my daily walks even after he is off restrictions. Definitely would recommend.

I am a short person with a tall dog so I don't need a long leash. This has a comfortable grip and has held up great. It allows me control of my whippet when on walks and I don't have to worry about extra slack in the leash.

Got this to help with my dog staying by my side in crowded areas as well as she loves pulling so this helps a whole lot training heel.

While it says 18 inches on my order it’s longer and a bit long for my needs because my dog is a giant breed dog. Maybe it’s a mistake with my order but I don’t care I will keep it, not return, I need it for my excitement reactive dog to pass other dogs safely.

I ordered both the shortest leash and the medium leash, as I wasn’t sure which length would be better for what I wanted a shorter leash for; I haven’t used them much yet, but they seem of decent quality! The handle is padded and comfy, and there is cross stitching (which is supposedly more reinforced if you have a strong dog that pulls).I started using a head collar for my dog when walking her around the neighborhood but noticed she was still pulling; I was using about a 4ft leash at the time, so I figured a shorter leash would teach her to walk beside me and not pull, and it has helped tremendously. The head collar itself helps with pulling, but I would recommend a shorter leash to achieve full effectiveness.For clipping it to my dog‘s head collar, I found the shortest leash was too short; for reference, I’m a 5”4’ female, with a medium-sized dog that is the height of my knees, and it didn’t allow her to sniff the ground. I now use the medium size, and it works great - keeps her next to me but also has enough length to let her sniff.I kept the SHORTEST leash, as I figured I could use it to clip to the back clip on my dog’s harness when walking her short distances, like from my house to my car in the driveway or into the vet’s, and it serves its purpose. With it clipped on her back, it’s a good length and I don’t have to bend over at all.If I remember, I will update this review with pictures to give you a visual of what I described above. :-)

Great lead for heel training a 7mth old puppy. Very comfortable to hold, light weight and sturdy.

Not strong enough

Parfait pour l'apprentissage du chien au pied. Peu de mouvements pour lui.Je regrette même de n'avoir pas fait cet achat plus tôt. Mon chien obéit maintenant parfaitement à l'ordre "aux pieds".Les promenades sont maintenant agréables, Tara ne tire plus sur la laisse.

La laisse est conforme aux explication, pratique , agréable dans la tenue a la main ,laisse solide.C'est la deuxieme que j'achète car elle est super.
