I am so excited and very pleased with my beautiful chain! I received exactly what I ordered! It sparkles so beautifully and I have received a ton of compliments! I definitely 100% recommend this company!

I first bought an item that was not long enough. I went to return it and I had to pay $13 to return it. Ok fine. I then reordered it in a larger length. Within 6 days it broke. I tried to reach out to this company and all I kept getting was a generated chat. I had to return the item that broke and take pictures. I did so. Now had to return it to replace. The item showed is not what they advertised. Bai and switch. They also charged me a “restocking fee. I have no chain and I’m out $40 on a chain that I paid $165

The necklace was perfectly light hanging on me. I like the light weight. I love how sparkly it is. Want to buy another one.

Nice chain. It was a bit thicker than I expected. I bought it for a small pendant. The catch is quite large as well….wouldn’t go through my pendant opening. I’m keeping it, but will have jeweler replace the catch.

This purchase was a birthday gift. I purchased a charm separately to go with the necklace. The length and thickness was perfect for a charm. Not too thin that it would easily break and not to think for a charm. This was a great purchase for the price!

Mine broke after two months. Not happy

I liked how lite it was wearing it. Unfortunately it broke after having it just a month.

I purchased this necklace and it came before expected which was a plus. the second day I was wearing it I was putting on a sweatshirt and it broke with little to no strain on the necklace. I payed a jeweler locally to repair it because it broke an inch from the clasp and they just removed that inch which cost me almost half the price of the necklace to get it repaired. after having the repaired necklace for 6 weeks I was in bed and got up and it fell off me and was broken again. this time it was in the middle of the necklace and I have been told it is not repairable. I contacted the seller and they responded quickly but told me after 30 days after purchase they consider it wear and tear and will not refund or exchange the necklace. this necklace breaks very easily and be cautious when purchasing
