Thick enough leather, criss cross design is comfy (kinda cheap straps but hasn't been a problem after over a month of about everywhere day use), plenty of pockets for quick tooling/measuring/marking/phone access. Got apron gloves and arm sleeves and they are great for welding, they aren't TIG gloves so dexterity is limited as expected, the arms eventually will probably need buckles as the velcro doesn't really do a good job keeping them up on your arms, maybe that's just me.. would be nice to have a couple rings of silicone on the inside to keep them from sliding down, maybe 1 above and 1 below the velcro - easily diy'd tho. Great value for price tho and will def last long enough to feel like I got my money out of them. They've already saved me from a couple of mishaps that would've cut/burned me up pretty good. If your on the fence just know that eventually something weird will happen almost inevitably, your safety is worth every penny you spend on it so.. keeps clothes from getting so gunked and dirty too.

Where to begin..the quality of this product is unmatched, and the affordabilty of it makes it that much better. Keeps your clothes clean and will last longer. Its fairly comfortable but can get hot after a while with it being thicker. The straps on the back will come loose eventually but overall, a solid product

Very nice leather. Fit is perfect. I'm 6'2" and slim. The longer size is excellent. I like the pockets, although the chest pockets are a bit too deep. I kept losing my 6" rule in the narrow pocket, so I put a small magnet in that pocket and just stick my rule in front, which is better than a pocket anyway for something I reach for a thousand times a day. Everything else about the apron is excellent.

Prove me wrong but these aprons are made of great quality from material to stitching.I work in heavy duty fabrication which doesn't limit to welding and I have been buying them for years.There's a single issue with these. The riveting of the pockets doesn't hold as long as the leather does which is kind of a bummer, the pocket are extremely useful but after maybe a month or 2 they are unusable unfortunately.Beside the pockets, it is well made and quality is unmatched.

I needed something to protect me and my clothes from grinding sparks and weld spatter. My previous apron melted during some grinding work. Making me realize that it was not safe. You need to ensure your safety gear will protect your clothing without burning through or allowing sparks to get to your flammable items underneath. I was wearing a cotton hoodie under my apron that could have caught fire easily. Welding and grinding safety are no joke. Make sure you are wearing safe materials.This apron fits well, drapes well, and provides plenty of pockets. The cloth liner behind the leather makes it extremely comfortable and the straps are easily adjustable. I'm buying a new leather welding jacket to replace my worn through cloth type flame proof jacket. Safety first!

I love the set. Maybe not for a full production shop but for me perfect in my little machine shop. Easy to get in and get off. I bought another one that I gave to my employee that fell apart and was hard to get on and off. This one is good. The gloves are thicker then I wanted but I have many pairs. My boy took them to protect his danty fingers. Jajajaja

The apron and gloves both feel thick and durable, if also feels like they come waxed on the outside, the inside of both the apron and gloves is very nice, the gloves remove some dexterity but it should be expected with such gloves.
