I am a big biohacker type, have tried many things.Caffeine pills didn't do it before, too jittery & too high dose. 100mg L-theanine makes it completely smooth, no jitters.I just magically get a kick to get out of bed and get rolling, and it feels good in the chest somehow? I’ve stopped drinking energy drinks and coffee, one in the morning and one in the afternoon and I’m on boost all day, mood, energy, I also combine it with good sleep, gym, diet, vitamin B complex and water and I’m literally functioning at 100% every day. I am new to caffeine pills. I purchased my first set of caffeine pills from a different company on amazon and liked them well enough but I wanted to try a caffeine pill with l-theanine. I have been using these for 2 months and think that I have given it a good shot for an honest review.Though I don't know all the benefits of L-Theanine, what I do know is that it helps to feel less anxious and more relaxed. I definitely need that and I feel that. Coworkers have commented that I don't look stressed (even if I am internally). I am not as bothered as I typically would be.I am an RN, have 4 kids, and i typically rely on caffeine to make it through the day. I am drinking less coffee because of these caffeine pills. I take one at 5:30AM before my shift with my vitamins and then I head to work. During my lunch break I take another pill and I am set for my 12 hour shift. I am drinking more water, don't feel sluggish, am not jittery, and sleep well at night. I was nervous about trying caffeine pills - fear that I would get addicted or just the concept of taking pills for energy was weird...but my fears are abated. I am energized and don't take the pills on my days off from work, so not addicting.

The L-Theanine is a bit stronger than I would personally like but a good product

The worst issue I have with these is that occasionally they try to come back up, but I have awful GERD, and it’s nothing a quick Tums doesn’t immediately fix. I love the value and not having to ingest so much sugar to get the caffeine I sometimes desperately need, and the L-theanine keeps the jitteriness away and helps give you a calm, clean energy. Highly recommend these!!!!

Highly effective. I feel energized and focused within a few minutes. Have not had stomach issues from consumption yet.

I purchased these to help me focus during exam season and have been using them for about two weeks. I didn’t notice a significant boost in energy, so it might just be a placebo effect. That said, I’ve been running on 4-5 hours of sleep, which could be overpowering the effects of the caffeine pills.
