A Must Have
This product is definitely a Must have. Great for just sitting and getting upper body pumped on off workout day or apart of schedule workouts routine. Easily can become addicting to use. Found mid-range 45-100 is best for beginners that do workout. Wish they had a laminated chart to hang in my gym. Quality is 5 stars. I wouldn't trust cheaper models just to save a dollar.

It wasn’t love at first sight. After opening it, I was surprised. Through my usage I recommend a good device for women.

Pay attention to the 3 different flex options
Excellent aerobic exercise but be careful, the bar with the most tension is very difficult to flex.

My new favorite workout addition
I love this product. i had one back in the day as a kid when hulk hogan and ultimate warrior were using them on WWF. very hard to fins this product. I just bought a 2nd one to keep in the car . this is my stress ball, another coping skill to add to my list of coping skills and an extra to bring to the gym and keep one at home !!!

Fun party favor
I like silly "test your might" gadgets, this was fun to pass around at a party to see who could or couldn't do it.It's nice that you can grip it higher up for more resistance. I do use it regularly now and it feels like it does.. something for the upper body. It will develop a slight bend with repeated use. I have considered bending it the other way to try and even it out, but it's not as comfortable with the finger grooves on the opposite side.Every now and again I imagine the spring failing under load right by my face. Has that ever happened to anybody? Let's hope that doesn't happen.
