Chewable, they are chalky. Taste OK.

Great addition for additional amino acids for someone like me who struggles to hit high protein intake daily, specifically with exercise/weight training goals.

It would seem I should have put my glasses on while checking this, it contains Maltodextrin and Microcrystalline Cellulose and I must say it has spiked my insulin blood sugar levels to the max as I'm doing intermittent fasting this product does not go with it, as these ingredients are high on the glycemic index and Maltodextrin is the worst, you will feel like your popping candy with this its that sweet and contains really low volumes of some of the essential aminos, your gonna feel like popping these like tic tacs, bad purchase for 17 quid. 100 pills and 5 a day recommended, if you can limit yourself to just 5 as it tastes ridiculously sweet, that will last you 20 days at best and 10-15 days if you do a little more than 5 which I do not recommend trust me. Will not be buying these again unless you make it less sweet take out the Maltodextrin and cellulose and replace it with healthier options please.

When I saw these and saw chews, I assumed they would be chewy... like chewitts or something. I have previously had cherry flavoured creatine chews that are each individually wrapped and they are ok. I have been to USA a lot of times and bought random stuff from GNC when out there and I think "WHAT IS THATT??????" These are like powder crushed into pill shapes that dissolve in your mouth with some flavouring. These are actually technically CREATINE TABLETS THAT ALSO ARE CHEWABLE. they are not CHEWS. They do taste good with the berry flavour and I can tolerate them but not what should be. The taste is decent however. Please develop a product that is actually CHEWS or change the product name to EDIBLE TABLETS. I really wanted to rate highly and went in with excitement but the moment I opened the product and saw powder around the sides due to transit, i knew that it was not what my heart wanted it to be.

Good - I’ve bought these a few times now, they are easy to consume, I can take 5 per day at various times a d just eat them like sweets, no need for a glass of water to help swallow them.

Disgusting taste, awful - like eating chalk only chalk has probably got a nicer taste than these. I ate one and through the rest in the bin
