They are great blinds. Fairly easy to put up. I plan to get them for the whole house. The price is great and pretty fast delivery!

The blind is very good quality. Can not tell the difference from the wood blinds in the rest of my house. Looks very good.The company needs to make the websire better. I had to order the blind twice because the website froze, on the first order I picked the size from the 1094+ sizes and the size did not change to the size I ordered on three different tries. On the 4th try I thought the correct size went thru, but when it shipped it was still the size that was on the original page if the order form. (The front of the order only showed the description of the product not the size.) When it was delivered it was the wrong size. It was delivered very quickly and had plenty of time to return and reorder the correct size. Just a note; it took 3 tries the second time for the correct size to come up on the new order as well. It was the correct size.

I got this for my bathroom window and they look great. Installed easily but I’m only giving 4 stars as I cannot get the wand that opens and closes the blinds I cannot get it into where it goes. Normally on previous blinds I’ve had this is the easiest part of installation. No luck for me and the directions that came with the blinds was thrown out.UPDATE: with excellent customer service assistance from the company of the Faux Wood Blinds. They were explaining how to get the wand into the hole that opens and closes the blinds. They were even going to send me a replacement but following their instructions not to be afraid to give it force while twisting and turning it clicked into place. I advised Keri no need to send me a replacement. I didn’t mention but these are great room darkening blinds. I’m going to purchase these for my bedroom,p.

I have bought several of these, they are often come damaged as a result of shipping. Manufacturer is willing to replace. I wish the twist wand would come preassembled. There is a good chance you will break the wand housing during assembly.They look great once assembled. They function for the most part very well. They are very sturdy and made with thick plastic. It takes a long time to twist the wand to open the slats. No problem pulling up or pulling down. A little awkward pulling them down through the last few inches as there is no good place to hold during that final maneuver if you were trying to pull them tight to a windowsill.

Love this blinds. Cat proof. Sturdy. Easy to install. Was missing a small part on one of the blinds I ordered and the company was quick to resolve the issue. Great customer service!

Fits as advertised.

The blinds look good and are of good quality. The instructions are good except for the last thing, install the wand, just hook it on the ring below the valance, also shown in the video. Not described is the ring comes attached to the wand. The small plastic piece has to go in the hole below the valance (at a 45 deg. angle) into the gear drive which has to be aligned with the the opening. I had to take the unit down and insert it by putting my hand in the end cap opening and align the drive. I damaged the first piece. There is no phone number included. I contacted the Co. via E-mail and no response as yet-4 days ago.
