Good product and helped with my brittle nails a lot. However, it made my nauseous if I didn’t eat immediately- which could sometimes cause issues if I didn’t perfectly time it with my food (as a busy person this is harder than it sounds).

But like so many other products I had purchased including prescription ones from my dermatologist, I didn't think it would actually work. But I was desperate, so I gave it a try.Then after about 3 months or so I suddenly realized there had gradually been less shedding.I still wasn't entirely convinced so I gave it a bit more time.I can't believe the difference. My hair is fuller on top not flat, its stronger so I can actually use my hairbrush again. Doesn't make my nails grow any better, but I'm unhappy with the size of bottle. It is a huge bottle with 120 pills in it. It's 1/3 full. Using deceptive marketing. Thought the pills were large and needed such a big bottle, but no it could have fit well in the size that Vit Ds come in. Just a warning. Not buying again.

Bought these vitamins for hair health... Started closing hair and purchase this along with shampoo... My hair looks so much better... I'm happy with the results
