Spatula works well with my ceramic pan. The edge of the spatula lifted the chickpeas patties from pan without breaking the patties. Would like to see a larger size of the same product.

A simple tool well made. I like red accents in kitchen but this red is just TOO RED. Looks like an emergency spatula. Wish I had gotten another color. But a great spatula. Could be thinner but it is angled nicely for lift. At first you may think it's a bit too small, then be thankful it is petit. If you want a normal size look for the larger version of this mini one. But this is a very good all-purpose size surprisingly.
