More Birds Abundance Bird Feeder, Combination Mixed Seed and Thistle, 6 Feeding Ports, 3.5 lb Seed Capacity

I bought 2 of these feeders to replace identical ones I’d had for probably 10 years & which finally needed to be replaced. They are great feeders & hold a lot of food, so you aren’t constantly having to fill them. And with all the feeding ports and perches, multiple birds can feed at the same time. While the feeders are relatively lightweight, the plastic is durable and they come apart for easy cleaning. The strand of heavy gauge wire for hanging the feeder is also very durable.The birds in my yard love these feeders. I’ve seen various finches, wrens, chickadees, tufted titmouse, woodpeckers and an occasional blue jay using the feeder. Definitely a worthwhile purchase and I will buy them again when and if these ever need to be replaced.

Multiple birds of all sizes can feed.

Not totally water proof, but does a pretty good job all considered in Florida wet weather. Fairly easy to clean but does need minor repairs after on the seams.

The individual hoppers for each level - that fill separately - so all feeding ports, at all levels, stay usable. That is selling point for me. So as long as there is seed, 6 birds can feed. The perches have mostly broken off (not very durable plastic). The top comes off a bit too easily for me, but certainly easy to put back. Biggest complaint is the plastic perches. Although this has not stopped birds or squirrels from being able to utilize.

I get a pretty high volume of birds, and as always, that means squirrels. The first feeder I bought for this pole was wrecked by the squirrels in just a few weeks, but this feeder is standing up to their abuse!The perches for each hole are adjustable, so if you're looking to avoid use by larger birds, you can push them in a few steps. The perches are heavy duty enough to hold larger birds, too. I've seen each perch full all at once and the feeder shows no damage.The whole feeder disassembles for easy cleaning, which is super important to keep your wild birds healthy. If there are places on a feeder that can't be fully cleaned, or dried, dangerous bacteria can build up and harm your wild birds.Overall, I would absolutely recommend this feeder. It isn't super expensive, it is designed with the animals that will use it in mind, and it's sturdy.

I have 5 feeders, and this one always empties first. I just bought my second one, since the raccoons also love the feeder. The plastic perches cannot handle the weight of a varmint. Must get more baffles to deter the seed stealers!!

We needed a feeder that holds more to satisfy our little bird population! This holds almost half a bag of wild bird seed (3#). It's only for small birds, and they do tend to fling the seed out below as the little trays extend out from the feeder. Perches are too small for bigger birds, No assembly required- came fully assembled.

This is a great design for birds and holds a ton of bird seed but it is NOT squirrel proof. Those buggers quickly found a way to lift the lid and remove all the little plastic framing pieces from each feeding hole tossing them on the ground. They hang by their feet and dip into the feeder mission-impossible style and have made it impossible for the song birds to use it! Wish I’d known before purchasing this because I live in a very squirrel rich area and they’re crafty.

I gave this as a Christmas gift and when my sister opened it this past weekend the top was broken. I have requested a replacement (vs. a refund) because it seems like it will be a nice feeder, attractive, easy to fill and, most importantly, easy to clean.

Unit says it holds 6 pounds of seed but when you get it the packaging clearly says 3.5 pounds! Very disappointed. Then i filled it up and installed it where my broken down old feeder was and the birds won’t go near it. Wrong item, and birds dont like it, total waste of money
