The cake topper pieces worked out well for my sons' birthday party, but the mountain part of the set was riddled with weird holes and was nothing like what is pictured. There was nothing I could do with it, and it was basically the largest and meant to be the focal point of the decorations for the cake. We made do, but without the mountain. That was disappointing. The rest of it was pretty neat. I wish there was a way that we could have left the button on the tent depressed so you could see the camper inside, but it was a neat feature. No matter how much tape we tried to use, we just could not push the button hard enough to keep it lit with tape. Overall it was great for our boys' birthday cake, but I have no idea why they sent me the weird hole-riddled mountain that they did. There is nothing we can do with it.

My family loves camping and off roading. She just turned 9 and is in between girly girl and teenageI saw this and wanted to try and order and a custom cane like shown but due to COVID-19 it’s not really possible in my area. And then she said it’s ok Mom, I want to make it with you because it’s the love that matters.So we made a cake with chocolate frosting to look like dirt but she had no idea what was comingI set up the decorations and added green sprinkles for grass and blue sprinkles for water.My whole family was so impressed!!

Super cute set! I can't say that I would spend this much to decorate a cake again, but it brought a smile to my camping loving husband. I ended up not using the latern, because like other reviewers mentioned, it is greatly disproportionate to other items. I loved the little mountain, which was different than pictured in the original set. I ended up sticking a button onto the tent with tape to hold the on switch down, so we could see the reflection of the person in the tent when we sang happy birthday. All in all, great set...but a little pricey.

Made the "Groom's Cake" for my brother's wedding. Made his favorite cake that our mother (deceased) had always made for him. Everyone loved it. My brother loves camping and this fit his personality perfectly. The bride loved it as well.

The lantern was a different color than pictured and was also taller than the tent. The mountain pieces were nothing like the pic either and the pieces that came didn’t even match the camping theme. Half of this kit I was not even able to use.

Although the items are great for a camping theme, the frustration is with the tent. It states it lights up which ic true if you’re willing to place your finger to hold it on! Unbelievable that there is not a switch. The reason I bought the set was because of the tent. I had to rig a rubber and to hold the button so the light would remain on. Also the items are not to scale. Lol The lantern is quite large relative to other items. I still used it as a candle holder.

This was a surprise from my wife to me and I loved it so much.
