A must for the studio rack
Considering the switches and the build quality, it’s the best I’ve experienced.

Ottima Patch-bay, ne ho prese 2. L'uso che ne faccio è quello normale in uno studio per il cablaggio dinamico di outboard analogico. Grazie.

Really solid patch bay for your studio making reliable and convenient connections right at your fingertips. Solid construction lets you know the Samson will be around for years to come with jacks bolted to the frame and a 3-way selector switch conveniently placed on the front panel allowing you to quickly chose between normal, half-normal and through functions, unlike others which have you frustratingly fiddle around the back or the top of the unit. Best value for your hard earned dollar.

I recently purchased this patchbay, and let me tell you, it's been nothing short of a revelation for my studio setup. If you're on the fence about opting for a more budget-friendly patchbay, allow me to nudge you in the right direction. The ability to switch between Normal, Through, and Half-normal modes with a mere flick of a switch on the front panel is not just convenient—it's transformative. This ease of switching encourages experimentation and creativity in routing audio signals, making it feel like a natural extension of the creative process rather than a cumbersome task. The most striking feature of this patchbay is its user-friendly design. Gone are the days of fumbling around the back of the rack or reaching for a screwdriver just to reroute a signal. With this unit, a quick, effortless flip on the front panel is all it takes to explore new audio paths. This simplicity has spurred me to try out configurations I might have balked at before, solely due to the hassle involved with other units. I was so impressed with the seamless integration and the robust build quality of this patchbay that I didn't think twice before getting a second one to replace my Neutrik. It's not just an upgrade—it's a complete overhaul of how I approach signal routing in my studio. The intuitive design, coupled with the sturdy construction, ensures that this patchbay isn't just a piece of gear; it's a pivotal part of my creative toolkit. So, if you're contemplating a more economical patchbay, I'd urge you to reconsider. Investing in this patchbay is not merely about having a functional studio component; it's about elevating your entire creative workflow. With this in your arsenal, you'll find yourself exploring new sonic territories with ease and precision. It's not just a patchbay; it's a catalyst for musical innovation.
