Two months ago, I started taking this product to lower my A1c and lose a couple of pounds. I am a woman over 60 and losing weight is not easy. I take it mostly every day and I am very happy with the results. I have more energy, my bowel movements are very satisfying, and I’ve lost 4 pounds and some inches! I think it’s important to note that I am pretty active, have a decent diet and I go to the gym at least three times a week. I go to the doctor next month and I hoping good results show up in my blood tests as well. I would recommend this product!

My doctor recommended Metamucil powder with psyllium or generic brand 3 times a day. It took one year for my intestine to get back to normal. I continue taking Metamucil Powder in small amount, 1 tsp. twice a day with a glass of water. But, it's important to include Fiber vegetables, especially if only using a small amount of Metamucil daily.

A trusted fibre supplement that I use 2 x a day and it's always been reliable for me over the years. The orange flavor is a good choice it seems as it makes the mildly gritty texture more palatable, and the gritty texture is, I believe, related to the composition of Metamucil that makes it effective in doing its job in the human body. And the Amazon price is fair and reasonable for the benefit received, in my experience. Highly recommend!

Overall great product that should last me awhile. Taste is fine but you need to drink fast or it starts to gel up and gets a lot worse to consume. Little on the spendy side but overall better value than alternatives.

Works well and doesn’t cause any cramping or stomach issues, just make sure to drink it ASAP after mixing!

A Dr recommended it for helping to stabilize my bowel movement and he said that I would not need to use much toilet paper, I had my doubts on that but it proved to be very accurate and I am hoping that with time it will help my weight. A great plus is that it tastes good
