I had been unsure for a while now if I was deficient in B vitamins as my nervous system plays up a lot and I suffer from heart palpitation atopic heartbeat .. I was not expecting much from these tablets but I can honestly say since taking them my heart palpitations have been much better almost none existent, and I have read that they can be caused by the vagus nerve so maybe I needed these vitamins in my system. I cannot say for certain as I am no doctor but I am convinced they work for me. I also like how small they are to swallow and they are not overly high in strength , just enough in my opinion
