Found the runout to be 0.002" and 0.009" range across the set of 8 cutters. Can hear the cutter pulsing when it cuts. Still work though. Considering the price and the fact that you can cut gears with them, they are a good value.

First off I took a chance on there’s cutters having the correct bore size to fit the 22mm arbor that I have, sense the bore size isn’t listed anywhere I could see at the time of purchase. They fit perfect. Very nice fit to the arbor. They cut decent for the money. I have cut about 15 aluminum gears ranging from 14 teeth to 100 teeth with no problems with any of the cutters. They’re definitely not the most concentric cutters in the world. There is definitely some run out and a few teeth that take the brunt of the cut more so than others. All in all this is the second set of cheap gear cutters I’ve bought from Amazon and they work great for a hobby machinist like myself.
